In the report, mentors recorded a rise in emotional intelligence with an 86% increase in emotional openness among boys. Between 2022 and 2024, “What About The Boys” programme has reached over 60,000 boys and 180 schools with active participants. The report has noted that 81% of teachers saw better class participation and a 67% reduction in incidents of bullying.
