We are literally less than five months away from the end of 2024 and so many of us are starting to complain about burnout whether at work or life in general. So the team thought instead of waiting for the end of the year, let’s rather prepare ourselves now to understand what we can do to save ourselves and stick to our outstanding goals.

There seems to be no end around the problem of teenage pregnancy in the country. Alarming reports state that children as young as between10 and 14 are falling pregnant. The 2023/24 figures show that close to 4-thousand girls under the age of 20 gave birth in public hospitals with the Eastern Cape being one of the provinces with the highest numbers. Where exactly can we point the finger and what can be done to stop this from happening?
