Mozambican are heading to the polls on the 9th of October this year. Voters will cast ballots for President, parliament and regional authorities an election, in which the current 69-year-old President Filipe Nyusi cannot stand for another term. The country has been led by the ruling FRELIMO since independence. So today we are looking at the political dynamics at play and whether new players stand a chance? Also, where is opposition RENAMO this time around and what are their chances at the polls this time around seeing that there are younger voters taking part who may not know the bitter history.
