 Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mamokoko Kubayi has added her voice in condemning the brutal killing of another whistleblower and community activist, Pamela Mabini. Her murder on Friday at her home in Gqeberha again sparked outrage bringing to light the continued problem of assassination of outspoken social justice activists. One of the things Minister Kubayi pointed to in a statement is reviewing legislation to close loopholes that hinder the safeguarding community activists, whistleblowers and witnesses to name a few.
