We have brought together various stakeholders to unpack some of these challenges faced by e-hailing operators and get a better understanding on how the public transport system is regulated in the province.

Earlier this week, we spoke to a caller on the open line who shared their distress surrounding the fines that e-hailing operators were paying to taxi patrollers for client pick-ups and the push to use only Shesha App in their operations. Let us listen back to that call
