Part 2 of vocational training and skills balance

Last week Monday we spoke to Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and a representative from the Department of Higher Education about the state of vocational training in this country. The major problem we seem to be facing as identifying the correct skills for young people who've just completed their matric. Vocational training is something that many country are looking at boost and balance skill shoratege in the various industries. Professor Stephanie Allais is someone who has been writing and speaking on international platforms on this issue and we've invited her to share her thoughts on the subject and also where she believes we are going wrong........
