For our Municipal Watch feature this morning we speak to the chairperson of Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts, Songezo Zibi. They have concluded a week-long oversight visit to the OR Tambo District Municipality and Buffalo City Metro where they say they found delayed projects which were paid for, a culture of no accountability, some senior officials arrested many times but still working at the municipality.
