We take you to the Govan Mbeki Local Municipality in Mpumalanga to talk about the state of service delivery under that municipality. The Freedom Front Plus issued a statement on Tuesday condemning how the municipality is being run. They say that municipal workers instructed residents of Secunda and Bethal residents to purchase power cables before their electricity could be restored. Water problems are also a major problem as the municipality is promising to fix the infrastructure. For years the municipality has been marred by allegations of corruption.
