Last week we received a call from Javu Mthombeni who is a resident of Mukhomi village in Malumulele in the province of Limpopo. He was telling us about a road project taking place in his area without any of them knowing about it. The residents are suspicious because they say that the road is only along the mayor’s house and his second wife.
