President Faustin-Archange Touadéra of the Central African Republic (CAR) was addressing the UN General Assembly's annual general debate, where he said that his country remains fragile despite progress on the peace deal. The landmark peace agreement was signed by his Government and 14 armed groups on 6 February 2019.
