 20 alleged instigators arrested for public violence during the July unrest last year are expected to appear in the Durban Magistrate's today (Friday). The Hawks say in a statement that the suspects were arrested in parts of KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, North West, Free State, Western Cape and the Northern Cape. The multi-disciplinary team who worked on the investigation includes the digital forensic investigation team. Last week Friday President Cyril Ramaphosa addressed the nation where he announced that all food handling facilities including spaza shops must be registered in municipalities in which they operate within 21 days.
