This morning we turn the focus on professionalising local government. This is something many of the campaigning political parties are promising to look into.What then can we safely say is behind municipalities ending up with the wrong people who are said to be behind the collapse of so many municipalities? Also if I was leader of a political party, what would be the first thing to change at local government level?
