One of our callers called into our openline complaining about the cost of data, the value of airtime on calls and whether network operators were being regulated for the increasing tarriffs. When the cost of airtime and data rises, people lose their ability to connect, find jobs and access critical information. Moreover, people have had to make difficult decisions between covering basic costs of living or staying connected.
