For our Citizens Corner this morning we look at the process of applying for a RDP house and the laws around it. This was sparked by a call we received from Norah in Heidelberg on the open line with KG Moeketsi. They we given free stands and promised building plans also for free. But then most of the promises were never fulfilled.
