The community of uMhlanga in KZN are this weekend having the annual walk to highlight why we need to have conversation about suicide. The walk organised by Survivors of Loved Ones’ Suicide under the theme: changing the narrative on suicide, is used to call on communities to break the silence on suicide around stigma and mental health. So for this morning we speak to someone who has lost their father to suicide and also those behind the walk to talk about why such initiatives are important and how communities can work together on such issues. Let's welcome now..
