Yesterday (Tuesday) we received a call from one of our listeners by the name Happy from Centurion in Pretoria. He spoke about an informal settlement in the area where people are charged a fee by water tankers in order to deliver water to them. If they don’t pay, then the trucks simply don’t deliver the water forcing people to walk long distances seeking water. Let’s take a listen to what he had to say
