Last week we spoke to Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour, Cosatu and ActionSA about the problems faced by people applying for their UIF. Unfortunately the Department of Employment and Labour was not available to give their views as to what exactly is causing the long queues and bad treatment at labour centres.
