This year's theme is "A Spirit of Dialogue" and will discuss critical global challenges like economic disruption, digital transformation, and climate change. So often the Auditor General announces her findings on so many of the problematic municipalities that have collapsed due to corruption and incompetent officials, but nothing happens after that. As a continuation of casting the spotlight on the exploitation of security guards, we turn our focus on Mafoko Security. They've been in the news for long with accusations of not treating their workers well and not paying salaries on time. This time around political parties and unions are getting involved to put pressure on this company. So we thought to invite them to discuss this issue. Sadly Mafoko Security and the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority ignored our invite.
