Adv Ntsebeza calls for the appointment of special commission to look into the TRC cases

 Last week Friday Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni announced that Janusz Walus, the convicted killer of struggle hero Chris Hani, is to be deported to Poland. He has since arrived in Poland on Saturday. The news was greeted with shoch from the SACP and the Hani family. At the back of this, we speak to Adv Dumisa Ntsebeza who says that he is calling for the appointment of a specialised commission of inquiry that would investigate pointedly whether there was political interference in the investigation and prosecution of TRC related cases.
