|Former Actor, Musician NOW Entrepreneur and Business Executive , Loyiso Mangena

• Loyiso ventured into music after leaving the popular local soapie Backstage, joining forces with then famous kwaito star Mzambiya.
• After acting in a few more shows after Backstage, Mangena quietly made the transition into a life in the corporate world and is now a hotshot executive at one of the biggest black-owned companies in South Africa.
• Loyiso Mangena is the former Chief Operations Officer of Pamodzi GROUP, a multi-billion rand diversified African investment company that was established in 1979. Pamodzi held a diversified portfolio of listed and unlisted investments in various sectors including technology, resources, telecoms , industrial manufacturing and food processing. He joined Pamodzi as business development executive and worked his way up to the main board of the group and also become shareholder.
• In his tenure as Chief Operations Officer of Pamodzi, Mr Mangena a true industrialist , held directorship with a number of companies including inter alia Anglo Inyosi Coal (R 7 billion transaction), Unique Engineering (Industrial Manufacturing), Pamodzi-FAW( Truck Manufacturing), LMT (Defence Armoured Vehicles Manufacturing) ,Pamodzi Angola and PRES (Revenue and Metering). Mangena was instrumental in the expansion of Pamodzi, focusing on Capital Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions and the overall management of all assets and investments. Loyiso is a graduate of the Wits Business School.
