Ingredients:

50 ml smooth or crunchy peanut butter 

40 ml honey 

1 tub of plain fat free smooth cottage cheese

Slices of your choice of bread 

Method  

1. Store the peanut butter and honey into the tub of cottage cheese. Store in the fridge for an hour 

2. Toast your slices of bread, top each bread with the spread and eat straight away, fresh and warm. Yummy!!
