Featuring Swinburne University Professor Steve Worthington and Restaurant and Catering Industry Association Chief Executive John Hart, this episode breaks down why surcharges were banned, whether bank fees will actually disappear, the squeeze on small business owners' payment bargaining power, and if cash discounts will become the new normal.
