"I have a child who is a perfectionist, to the point that they experience anxiety. Recently I have seen how sports seem to magnify that problem. I want so badly for them to play sports, but it seems like their perfectionism takes the joy out of it. What tips do you have for a parent of a perfectionist who plays sports?"
