Gavan’s body requires him to burn more energy than any other person. In his 20s, he did heavy partying almost every single day. His next job as a barrister also caused him sleep deprivation.
Sleep deprivation can lead to dementia. Have a sleep routine and get 8 hours of sleep per night as much as possible.
