Last month, the Dauphin County Library System held its grand re-opening of the McCormick Riverfront Library and Haldeman Haly House.  The 3.5 million dollar renovation project connected the library with the Haldeman Haly House and includes the T. Morris Chester Welcome Center – all along Front Street in Harrisburg. And there’s more to it than that. Karen Cullings, Executive Director, Dauphin County Library System and historian Ken Frew.
