We all know the benefits of setting clear goals for ourselves, especially at the start of the week. Taking time to set goals for ourselves gives us clarity in decision making. But goal setting can also feel heavy and rigid, It can also put us under a LOT of pressure. The good news is, by taking a mindful approach to goal setting, we can get all of the benefits – without the self-criticism.
