This sounds weird but, do you know what you enjoy doing? There’s some research that suggest we’re not actually very good at predicting what’ll make us happy. It’s a good thing to think about on a Friday when you’re about to cancel your plans. Have a think about whether of not you’ll actually enjoy cancelling your plans, before throwing in the towel.
