Applications open today, with a total of six hundred thousand dollars available to help clubs improve facilities, run events and attract new members.
The Lake Purrumbete Angling Club was among last year’s recipients — using a ten-thousand-dollar grant to install a new air conditioner and barbecue area at its clubhouse.
