The authority says recent water sampling shows the change is due to naturally occurring algae in the raw water storage.

TAC CEO Tracey Slatter says road users that staying alert, giving riders space, and following the rules can save lives.

The Kookas men beat the Warrnambool Seahawks 101-84, and defeated Millicent by 42 at home yesterday.

Luka Gerber led the way scoring 25 on day 1 and 28 points on Day 2.

The women's team beat the Warrnambool Mermaids by 10, and Millicent by 5.

Indiana Cameron scored 30, and 34 in the two matches.

Ben McCarthy capped off his stellar season taking home the Ted Parker medal with Zac Zdybel finishing runner up.

Josh McDonald took out the reserves best and farest while Charlie Seuren won the count in Under 18s.

In the netball Emily Murfitt won the A grade best and fairest with Jessie Lang runner up.

AND Katie Chappell won B Grade.
