It’s the States highest number since facing half-year waits to notch a sale in November, 2020, according to PropTrack figures.

The average days on the market in Apollo Bay is 206 days, and Lorne 194 days.

Camperdown, Cobden and Terang Pools will open on November 22, followed by Skipton and Timboon on November 29, and Lismore on December 6.
