========================================================A man in his 60s was taken to hospital after two vehicles towing trailers collided in a head-on crash near Cobden over the Anzac Day long weekend.

It is reported both vehicles were towing empty trailers when the incident occurred on the Lavers Hill-Cobden Road near Jancourt.
========================================================Corangamite Shire Council and Sustainability Victoria will run a free “Circular Economy 101” workshop on May 19 to help local businesses identify new opportunities when it comes to waste management.

The workshop will be led by Andrea Pape from Sustainability Victoria, who works with local government, businesses and communities across the Barwon South West region.
========================================================Speed limits on roads across the Surf Coast Shire will come under review with the Surf Coast Shire Council asking for community feedback in places such as Moggs Creek, Fairhaven and Aireys Inlet.

The speed review is being conducted to ensure local streets are safe for all road users, including motorists, cyclists, pedestrians and wildlife.
