Hi Folks, we are back with a second COVID wave, unfortunately. 
There has been a continuation of job losses and financial strains.

1 person dies by suicide every 40 seconds and 1 ATTEMPTS suicide every 3 seconds.

This is our humble endeavor to reach out and help the ones attempting suicide every 3 seconds. 

10 ways to fight SUICIDAL THOUGHTS:

1) Know your own thoughts- how harmful are they.
2) Phone a friend/ acquaintance
3) Think of people who are emotionally connected to you
4) Know that everything is impermanent- this too shall pass!!
5) Focus on glass being half full.
6) Center your mind on a chant- UNDERSTAND the functioning of your brain through the brain waves-Gamma, Beta, alpha, theta, Delta. Knowing your brain will make it easier for you to control it. 
7) Stop blaming yourself for everything.
8)Call the helpline numbers ( during the pandemic you might not be able to get through some of them)
9) Know your neighbors- your fastest reach for help. 
10) You are not alone- reach out to us.

What can you as an individual do, to help someone:

1) Let's be aware of each other - Keep in touch- especially the elderly, the ones living alone and the ones who have lost their close ones. 
2) Be empathetic, don't judge, accept the other person going through a crisis, don't be indifferent- like- it's not my problem!!
3) Keep track of their well-being.
