I recently hit a milestone – podcasting for a year - and it caused me to stop and reflect on what I’d learnt, and how satisfying it was hitting this milestone. 

When you’re caught in the hustle of doing, always looking forward towards the next thing, you can easily miss out on experiencing the joy that can come from achieving something that matters to you, and enjoying the moment and the experience. What a waste!
