This week on the show, the speaker is in for a change, as Jimmy Sengenberger fills in for Michael Brown. Jimmy's excitement is palpable as he discusses Dragon's upcoming trip to Greece, where he'll be joining a group of KOA listeners on a cruise. But before he leaves, he's got some important topics to tackle, including the latest on the Front Range Passenger Rail District's proposed tax hike and the controversy surrounding Brent Butson's involvement in the project.

Jimmy dives into the details of the proposed tax hike, Issue 7A, and the concerns surrounding it. He also discusses the recent news that Brent Butson, the district's former general counsel, has resigned, and the implications of his departure. With the ballots already out, Jimmy emphasizes the importance of making informed decisions and encourages listeners to do their research before casting their votes.

Jimmy also takes a break from politics to discuss his love of music, specifically the Allman Brothers Band, which he claims is the best American band ever. He engages in a lively debate with a caller about the Beatles, who he thinks are a bit overrated. And, in a humorous aside, he teases his guest, Dragon, about his upcoming trip to Greece, where he's tasked with learning the Greek word for "easy."

As the episode comes to a close, Jimmy reminds listeners that ballots are out for the November elections, and it's time to make their voices heard. Tune in to hear the full episode to learn more about the Front Range Passenger Rail District, the Allman Brothers Band, and Jimmy's hilarious adventures with Dragon.
