The provincial government says it has hired outside legal counsel in order to take action against the Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion. Environment Minister George Heyman says the pipeline is not in the province's interest, and Kinder Morgan can't proceed with shovels in the ground until all eight of the province's environmental management plans are complete.
