Teresa is well known in the California real estate market for being the first real estate broker to accept an unlimited amount of bitcoin to close a real estate transaction. She is a frequent speaker and just came back from the giving a presentation to RESO ( Real Estate Standards Organization) on how to effecitvely implement blockchain techbnology into the real estate industry. Teresa will be presenting in January 2019 at the Mortgage  Bankers Association conference in Florida.
