In light of San Francisco's ban on facial recognition technology for law enforcement, Sean and Randy explain how governments prioritize keeping their citizens' information safe.

On the Cyber-Tip of the week, Keith discusses the latest in the rise in successful ransomware attacks targeting municipalities and cities, such as the recent Riviera Beach, FL & Lake City, FL, and the court system of Georgia and the ransom payments by the cities in Florida. Keith gives advice on how any organization, including cities, should secure themselves.

On the Pivot, Keith is once again joined by Sean T. O'Kelly and Randy Kowalski on how cities adapt and change to technology shifts.
