MTV's Beavis & Butthead were cult icons (although Emily’s mom wouldn’t let her watch). Show business is full of legendary double acts: Lennon & McCartney, Scorsese & De Niro, Mary-Kate & Ashley. In 1993, MTV gave us another iconic twosome to add to that list: Beavis & Butthead. Grab your Metallica t-shirt, pop back on your braces (the dental kind...is that possible to do, actually?) and get ready to have zero success with the opposite sex. In March of 1993 the original series of Beavis & Butthead debuted and ran for seven seasons, including a couple of revivals, (one on Paramount+ right now). The iconic animated series was created and voiced by Mike Judge, who went onto an amazing career creating other hit movies and TV shows like Office Space, King of the Hill, and Silicon Valley.
