This season of The Secret Place is a little different, rather than speaking about God, Derek is speaking from the perspective of God. Like the Psalmists and Poets of human history, many have tried to give voice to the thoughts of God that they believe reflects the intent of the Father, but also resonates from their own experience. That's what Derek is determined to do, to provide words that God has written by His spirit on the hearts of our lives, expressed as if God were speaking directly to you.
