Sean gives the latest on the Trump trials and highlights just how much of a sham they truly are. Democracy is NOT working for President Trump.
All right, thank you Scott Channon, and thanks to all of you for being with us. Write down on toll free telephone number you want to be a part of the program. It's eight hundred and ninety four one Sean if you want to join us. I got to tell you something. It should take all of your breath out of your lungs when you watch and witness what is going on in New York today. And I just happen to know a lot about real estate because I just follow it, invest in it. I'm interested in it, and I like it. I just I find it fascinating. And I know some of this is kind of hard for people to understand, you know, when you hear the prices out of Palm Beach, Florida. But I mean that's what kind of makes it like, Wow, you can't believe the massive amount of wealth that so many people have. Some of it not surprising because some you know, some of the biggest names that you know, But these water from properties in Palm Beach go for insane amounts of money. And this gets to what is you know, at the heart of this, what is the Judiciary Committee been investigating? What have we been talking about so often on radio and TV. I keep saying, we don't have equal justice, we don't have equal application of our laws currently in this country. That makes that that is a very very dangerous scenario for the entire country. It just is, you know, let me, let me give you a couple of examples, recent examples that that you would you know, instantly relate to to it, just to get a sense. And I know it's hard for you know, people to wrap their minds around this, this colossal amount of money that these properties have are worth down there and what they are selling for and the demand is far greater than the availability down in Palm Beach. And I talked to a number of Palm Beach realty people that I that I know very very well. You know. One example is is you've heard of es Day laud billionaire William lay Outer, you know, just recently listed what back in March two parcels of ocean front land and Palm Beach. How much you think that costs just dirt in front of the ocean, nice view. Two hundred million dollars just for dirt. That's only that that does not include the inner coastal side of Palm Beach. Many of these waterfront properties have the inner coastal side and it has and the ocean side. Those are the most expensive. That's what mar A Lago has. And anyway, it was so interesting just a little while ago, you have the Palm Beach assessor had come out, you know, and pointed out that whatever tax valuation is put on a home is in no way any assessment is in no way reflective of what the true market value of a home is. Now why is this important? Now they're accusing Donald Trump, the Trump organization of purposefully inflating valuations of properties for the purpose of getting better terms on loans and better better terms on insurance. Okay, now you got to first, you know, skip over the provision of every contract, which is very very common, and that is that they have provisions these in these deals. In other words, it's a it's a waiver, it's a disclaimer. And in the Trump Organization's disclaimer forms if they put forward if they're seeking a loan and maybe they're putting up property for as collateral, it literally says, do not trust or do not go by our valuations. It is imperative that you use your own valuations. Now, if you're going to lend large sums of money to people. And by the way, a lot of wealthy people the way they get wealthier is they leverage, you know, certain things that they own for the purpose of having more cash available so that they can build their little empires bigger. That's just the way business works. So it's not uncommon. But in terms of where the ultimate responsibility lies, the fiduciary responsibility lies with the lending institution or whatever insurance company you're dealing with. They've got to come up with the proper valuation. That responsibility is on them, not on the person that's seeking the loan or seeking the insurance. So you know, on the surface of this, it is a dead case, dead in the water. Now, the great irony in all of this is this judge who unilaterally just ruled against the Trump organization and claim that Donald Trump is guilty of fraud. This is the case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James is making that allegation. Here's the problem. The guy in his ruling made a valuation determination about mari A Lago. Some of you have been to Marrow Lago. I've been there doing interviews. I don't hang out at mar Alago. I've been there, you know, a number of times to do interviews with the president at mar A Lago. But you know, and so here's the irony here. They have two ocean front streets in particular that are of extremely high value at North Ocean Boulevard and South Ocean Boulevard. Okay, just to if you can look on a map, you can take a look where mar A Lango is. Okay, mar A Lago happens to have one of the best locations and on it just so happens they have the inner coastal side as part of this estate property. I don't know what is the total acreage on this as many how much, seventeen acres? It's insane, right if you look at the I just told you about the estate laughter property. Okay. One was a one one acre parcel. Another was one point eight acres, two hundred million dollars for dirt, nothing on it. I don't know if it sold yet. I don't know if it didn't sell yet. That's the asking price, That's what that's what prices are now kind of going for. Rush passed away years ago. He was one of the early people that moved to Florida Southern Command lived down in Palm Beach, and he did it in large park as New York kicked him out with burdens and taxes regulation. I think his property at the time, I think he paid three and a half or four million dollars for a very low recently sold for nearly one hundred and sixty million dollars. Just to give you an idea, because these are not numbers that normal people understand. And and I've driven these blocks and know them well, I've got basically a shack in comparison to you know what we're talking about here. It cracks me up. And even that from me was expensive, nowhere near the prices of these things. Trust me. Let's put his way single digits in terms of money. And that's just the market rate. And it keeps getting higher because so many people are moving down to Florida, and so many wealthy people, private equity people, you know, the real you know, the real, real top one percent of people, the billionaires that I mean, it's a who's who of names down there that live in these properties. You know a lot of a lot of famous people live down there, and people that you know have made a lot of money and anyway, just to give you a sense, the judge valued mar Lago at eighteen million dollars. I mean, okay, let me give you some perspective. Along that entire street. Even homes that have a street between the ocean and the home and the estate. I'm talking about the state homes even between, they're going for a minimum of one hundred and fifty million to two hundred million dollars. A few years ago, Ken Griffin, what is he with Citadel? I think, yeah, okay, he decided to go knocking on doors and there were five ocean front homes estates that he wanted to buy. This doubt is going back a couple of years ago. If he didn't touch it, he could almost double his money on every one of those homes. He paid one hundred million dollars for each of them. It ends up he wanted to knock him down, all five of them. Very wealthy guy. Crazy to me, crazy to most of you. But that's what he's going to do and build a home for himself and a home for his mother. That's what I've read. I don't know the guy. Never met the guy. I've heard only nice things about him. Don't know him, So that's going to be a billion dollar plus property, and no matter how much the how expensive those homes are, it'd be worth hundreds of millions more than he paid for it, just you know, because just what the price of land has gone up to. Now, can this continue? I don't know, with baby boomers retiring and New Jersey and Illinois and drops, yeah, probably could. So for the judge to come in with such a ridiculously low valuation of mar A Lago. So I started calling some people that I know down in Palm Beach, give me an idea. What you think you know, if you were going to give an appraisal of mar A Lago? And I said on TV this morning, I was out the low, off the top of my head, would have been four hundred million dollars anywhere from there to a billion. Donald Trump thinks it's worth a billion. And you know, if you wanted to sell it today, I mean, they'd literally ask me, well, how quickly do you want to do? You need to see what you would need to sell this? They were asking me, you know that kind of question. I'm like, well, yeah, let's say you need to sell a quick Yeah, easily I could sell it to for six hundred million dollars. Easy. Easy, By the way, I need to get in that real estate business. What am I doing in this crazy business? And but that's how much they all they're all telling me the same number. They're all in that range. They said, yeah, if you willant to hold up, that's a billion dollar property. Billion dollars. Now, I know it sounds crazy. And when you look at what Donald Trump paid for it, I think he paid ten or twelve million, you know. And I mean it's it's just and ended up being a phenomenon. It's like hitting the lotto man. That's like, I don't know how to explain it. But for the judge, the judge is guilty of doing the very thing that he's blaming Donald Trump and the Trump Organization for. And all of this is led by an attorney general in New York that ran on a platform to go after one man, Donald Trump, to go after one family, the Trump family. Here's Letitia James as she is out and about campaigning her attorney general.
I will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president when our fundamental rights are at stake. I believe that the president of these United States can be indicted for criminal offenses.
Pay that man in the White House.
Who can't go a day without threatening our fundamental rights. Yes, we need to focus on Donald Trump and his abuses. We need to follow his money. We need to find out where he's laundered money. We need to find out whether or not he's engaged in conspiracy. It's important that everyone understands that the days of Donald Trump are coming to an end. To going into the oldness of Attorney General every day, suiting him right, and then going home.
Now, here's another side of this whole thing. So you have a prosecutor with that promise and now fulfilling a campaign promise. Now you might think, well, somebody had to get harmed here. No, there's not one banking institution that Donald Trump did business with that's complaining. He paid back all of his loans with all the interests owed. They probably made you know, millions and millions and millions of dollars in interest, you know, paid all his insurance payments. There's no one hurt here, nobody. And now what they want to do is they want to come in and take and put this under control of a receiver that the family will have no control over their own properties and as, and then they want to find the family two hundred and fifty million dollars. This has nothing to do with this. Let me tell you what this all is. This is all politically motivated, all of it. And I will tell you if this country has our justice system this corrupt, this politicized, this weaponized that, I am telling you you don't have justice in your country. You don't have the United States that we all thought we had, knew, loved, admired, believed in, where lady justice is blind or equal justice under the law, you know, was paramount, equal application of our laws with paramount, and just like the foreign indictments, never before in history that happened to any presidential candidate. What is the goal here? What is the goal of those people trying to invoke the fourteenth Amendment by the way last years in nineteen eighteen, what is the purpose of trying to keep him off the ballot? And what is the purpose to get a conviction? It's all the President was right today. It's all about election interference. This is a very, very, very dangerous moment. I think every appraiser and realtor down in Palm Beach, California needs to put out publicly their valuation of that property. Let's see how many come in under a half a billion. Let's see how many. All right now, Linda is obsessed with doing her real estate research. She found a lot of good stuff. Is one two acre plot of land filled with trees, five minutes from mar A Lago on the market one hundred and fifty million dollars. A two point three acre plot of land, you know, again close to mar A Lago, two hundred million dollars. This is, by the way, we were wrong. It's twenty acres. According to this article mar A Lago. I was wrong about Ken Griffin two he bought these properties. He's it was four not five. Maybe he got a fifth later he paid one hundred and twenty nine zero point six million. I mean, I know these numbers sound nut. It doesn't matter, but this is a judge that used tax assessment which in no way, even according to the tax assessors and professionals in Palm Beach. They felt compelled to write the judge and say, excuse me, your evaluation is off dramatically. You don't know what the hell you're guilty of, what you're accusing Trump of. You can't always believe what the other side claims. That's why there's the Sean Hannity Show all right, twenty five to the top of the hour. Told for you our numbers eight hundred and ninety four one, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, we got a lot of ground to cover today. Laura Trump later in the program, you know, sadly her husband, President's son Eric, President's other son Don Jr. They're being dragged into all of this. I'm telling you people, you better pay ten. I'm gonna point out all the differences in terms of the lack of equal application of our laws and equal justice under our laws. If I need to know the price of Palm Beach real estate, It's shocking, isn't it. I mean, you know, an acre of land one hundred and fifty million dollars two point three acres does dirt?
Is the judge?
Yeah? What a dope like you're in charge?
Really have you ever used Google even once?
Seriously, that's all it took.
I mean, it's just it's just silly. I mean, to be fair, I use duc dot go because I don't trust Google. But having said that, I mean it's just trust being sometimes I'm more of a brave duc duc go kind of goal.
I never heard of duck duck go.
It's heard of you.
It has decent welly, every every other you know, search engine has my name just google away.
But I'm just saying, this is the guy that's overseeing this case that he has evaluation of eighteen million. I mean, it's it's it's silly.
It is the very thing that he is accusing Donald Trump of now to get Donald Trump criminally, And don't doubt this is all politically motivated. We know it's politically motivated. I just played the Attorney general in New York. With all due respect to the Attorney General, she ought not be running on a platform to go after one human being, one person, one family, one organization, and then following up on it with a vengeance, and then gets a judge that is absolutely clueless about Palm Beach.
There's a lot of free time, Sean, there's not a lot of crime in New York.
Oh no, nothing else to do it. It's like Maybury. No, it's Maybury, USA. Yeah, safe out there. And you know it wouldn't have taken a lot for the judge to actually, why wasn't the judge call the assessor? He's going to make a ruling like that if he's gonna say, oh, like Donald Trump says, it's worth you know, four hundred million dollars allow, I'm going to find out what it's really worth eighteen million, eighteen million. I don't even think you could get a parking space at Marlagua for eighteen million dollars at this point, I mean and it does have a ton of parking. It's got a whole beach club. I mean, you've got a historical property here. It was owned by the what was the name a woman that used to Marjorie in your packet when Marjorie post is it, I forget used to own it. Trump bought up, you know, years ago. They have a beach club on one side. It is it has a historical status. It is it is zoned residential, but has club.
Marjorie Merriweather Posts, Yeah, okay, donated one hundred and twenty eight Palm Beach mansion to the US government.
Hm. That was a different property and in.
Nineteen twenty seven at a cost of a seven million in twenty seven.
All right, so now just think about when I say we don't have equal justice or application of our laws. Let's look at the rate at mark Lago, shall we. Let's look at that rate. Remember the FBI had access, They had access to the room where all these so called documents were. And they were in the room and the only thing they said, would you mind putting another padlock on the door, And they did. And there's nothing that day from stopping them from getting those documents. Whatever they thought was inappropriate, shouldn't be there. Why didn't they take it with them? You know, now we're learning that the DOJ overruled the FBI, and the FBI agents involved didn't want to raid mar A Lago. The FBI agents said, no, why don't you let the attorneys work it out like we normally do. Didn't happen. Well, then we get to compare that with Hillary Clinton, and we now know that she had top secret classified information on servers that we now know were hacked by some of our top foreign adversaries. And as a matter of fact, she had more information on her servers than Donald Trump and the documents founded mar A Lago. Why didn't they raid her Chapequah home. Why didn't they raid the home of Joe Biden, the many homes of the senator, the poorest guy in the Senate, one self proclaimed on a senator's salary, he now has a beachfront home. Amazing. Why when Hillary Clinton deleted thirty three thousand emails, why wasn't you know and used bleach bit and had devices destroyed with hammers and simcards removed? Where's the you know, outrage in the charge of obstruction? Isn't a big part of the mar A Lago case. Whether or not Donald Trump may have quote ordered that that videotape surveillance tapes be destroyed, but they weren't destroyed. Hillary's was destroyed, But no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute nobody in that doj would dare raid Hillary's property. And sure enough, you know, nothing happens to Hillary and Hillary to this day, does anything happen to the fact that she paid for a dirty Russian disinformation dossier? And she's still pushing this. She actually said last week you know, they might do it again, the Russians and Trump. I'm like, she's out of her mind. Talk about election denihialism. He's not a legitimately elected president. How many Democrats said that over and over again. So you got to look at does that sound like equal justice to you under the law? Or was she given preferential treatment? And what about the Clinton Foundation and what about all the other financial endeavors of the Clintons. Was that equal justice? No? And then you got the case of Joe Biden. They had top secret classified documents right there sitting in that garage where that beautiful stingray was. Was there a raid on Joe's home in Delaware. No, nobody rated their garage. Was there a rate at the UPenn Biden Center where they also found top secret classified documents? No? What about the University of Delaware where they found more top secret classified documents? Any raid there? No? What about the beach home. We now know that Joe Biden was given two weeks notice so we could look in there. And they still found a couple of documents in that beach home in Delaware. Four locations. Nothing happens. Is that equal justice? You know you worried about the money that Donald Trump is making. Okay, Well, I mean he made a good investment down in mar A, Lagos, no doubt about it. Okay, did Joe Biden take action as Vice president? Let me give you the timeline quickly. October twenty fifteen official Obama administration policy to give the billion in loan guarantees to Ukraine because after an interagency study, they had determined that Ukraine had made enough progress on the issue of corruption that warranted the new loan guarantees. Joe's job as being in charge of Ukraine as part of his job as Vice president, was to give them the billion dollars, not leverage the billion dollars your tax dollars in exchange for a prosecutor being fired. But yet we now have learned that five days before he pulled that little stunt of his that he braggs about, we know that he got on the phone with Hunter, and he got on the home phone with Hunter's friends at Barisma. They were in Dupai. This is when they desperately needed DC help, and sure enough Joe comes along. The DC help that they needed was to get rid of the prosecutor and son of a bee. They fired that prosecutor within six hours, as Joe demanded, what is one of the consequences of that decision? Hunter, the guy that went on Good Morning America saying he had no experience and energy, oil, gas coal Ukraine. Yeah, he continued to be paid millions of dollars. Wow, where's equal justice there? And we're talking about, according to Congresswoman Mace and Congressman Cocoma, north of fifty million dollars for the Biden family. Why did Joe live then as candidate Joe Biden? Why did he lie repeatedly as President Joe Biden that he never had conversations with his son or brother or anybody for that matter, regarding foreign business deals. Why did we then discuss from Devon Archer that well, he got on the phone at least twenty times that he knows of I don't know how many times did he got on without him having knowledge of it and talked to Hunter and Hunter's business partners, according to Congressman Goldman, Democratic Congressman Hack, leftist, Well what were they talking about? Then? Probably they're just talking, you know, small talk, like the weather. They're talking about the weather. And why was Joe meeting with Russian oligarchs and the son Hunter and Russian oligarchs paying Hunter of fortune and investing a fortune in their real estate ventures and three and a half million dollars from the former first lady in Moscow? You know why? Other oligarchs? Why did Hunter get all this money, the exact amount of money for a new beautiful Porsche sports car Kazakhstan. Why did Hunter claim that he was sitting next to Pops. I'm sitting here with my father. We're trying to figure out why you didn't follow through on your commitment. And let me just tell you, between everybody, the guy say next to me knows my ability to hold the grudge. You're going to regret not following through that was what CEFC, that's a Chinese energy conglomerate. What did Hunter do in that particular case? You know? But now you have not one, not two, not three, but four criminal trials. You know, they couldn't bring this case up before an election cycle in New York as it relates to if they really believe that Donald Trump, well, where's the harm party in all of this? Considering it is the responsibility financial fiduciary responsibility of anybody that's lending money to make sure that the money you're about to lend them, especially the kind of money we're talking about lending, that they have the ability to pay it back. And if they're giving you collateral, and that collateral is in the form of property, that valuation has to be done by the lender. It's not the responsibility of the seller. It's not the responsibility of the person that wants the loan they can put. And it even says in the contract don't go on our valuations. You have to do your own independent review and do your own valuation and your own assessment and your own appraisals. Otherwise, what we're gonna I want a loan, Yeah, i' mu more five hundred million dollars, said that maybe six six hundred. You know what make it a cool seven point fifty? I think I'm worth a billion. You know, you don't lend money based on what somebody tells you that they think of property's worth. You go out, you hire an objective appraiser. Usually banks have regular appraisers that are accredited and that they trust, and they have relationships with that they know are going to give them the right information so they can make the proper determination of whether or not the loan is warranted. That's what that is. And anyway, you got you know, in this particular case, nothing happens to Hillary, nothing happens to Joe mar A Lago gets rated, and Melanie is underwear it gets looked at, and Baron Trump's you know, closet gets raided. You don't see anything wrong with that? Does that sound like equal justice, equal application of our laws? You know, we had five hundred and seventy four riots in the summer of twenty twenty. We have a ton of videotape. We still have the videotape of people involved in throwing bricks and rocks and bottles and molotov cocktails and cops. We had over two thousand cops injured that summer. You know, did we have hearings in Washington? No? Did we have you know, did anything happen to most of the people involved. We had billions of dollars in property damage. No. Did Kamala Harris encourage insurrection by tweeting out the bail fund after the police precinct in Minneapolis was burning the ground, Yes, she did that. You know, where are the people that are arrested. Where are the hearings in Washington? Where are the politicians that supported them being held accountable for supporting the insurrectionists in the summer of twenty twenty? Doesn't happen? And that is the injustice. And by the way, if you want to talk about January sixth, well what a shame that. Okay, they wanted a bludgeon Trump and get their pound of flesh. They got it. What about actually coming up with a solution to prevent something like January sixth from ever happening again, because that would have led to you know, even lester Holtz report about how law enforcement had picked up lots of intelligence, actionable intelligence in the days leading up to January sixth, the people were going to be up to no good that day, and they didn't act on it, or they would have interviewed the people I interviewed and that I have on tape all saying that in the days before January sixth, Donald Trump in front of them authorized troops if necessary for January sixth. The Mayor of d C, Muriel Bowser, in writing, declined, Nancy Pelosi's never been asked about it. She's the person responsible, as Chuck Schumer is, for the safety of the capital and security at the Capitol. Whn't why was the January sixth committee interested in the Capitol police chiefs testimony? He had to write it in a book about how he requested in the days leading up to January sixth because of the intelligence he had that there were going to be people acting up that day. Well, that means we had an intelligence law enforcement failure at a very high level. Not that all points too. We don't have equal justice, we don't have equal application of our laws. And guess what if that's that, then we don't have a constitution. That's what's happening and unfolding in New York today. You know, all these criminal trials they're all politically motivated. All these fourteen Amendment efforts to keep Trump off the bout all politically motivated. They're so confident that they Donald Trump can be beaten. Run against them, beat him, show them no, that's not good enough. They want to destroy them. Is that the United States that we thought we were growing up in doesn't look like it right now? Does it looks like a banana Republic
