A Washington Federal Judge ruled today that cutting federal funding to cities based on the fact that they serve as "sanctuary cities" is unconstitutional.  The ruling suggested that cities who've voluntarily ignored complying with Federal immigration laws must still receive full federal funding.  Does this make any sense?  Sean sure doesn't think so!
