I do not understand breaking a seven year promise. I do not understand how this is even a possibility that it doesn't get done. It's beyond any comprehension of how most of us live our lives. We all under promise and over deliver. Most of us don't go to expensive Senate dining room lunches. Most of us don't go to the Senate barbershop. Most of us don't have the the You know that for the next six months they have thirty days or less scheduled on the calendar to work. You don't go on a vacation, come back fifteen days working, and then take another thirty day vacation.
