Why is it forbidden to notice the inconsistencies in Kavanaugh accusers’ stories?

All right, glad you with us from our nation's capital. We are in Washington, d C. Right down our toll free telephone number. It's eight nine for one Seawan. And now reports out that the the FBI is expected now finishing their investigation to hand over their findings, uh for the Kavanaugh probe. Well, this is FBI investigation number seven. And uh so, Senate, by the way, why does Diane Feinstein not want you to see this? Why shouldn't after all that's hat Why is she so desperately fighting against the public seeing all of this? They wanted all of this to be public. Now let the American people see what's in it so then that we can decide whether or not. There are some people that have been playing politics with this, Diane Feinstein from the very get go, Senator Feinstein and those that say it on it and why you sat on it, and those that were privately assisting Professor Ford in the selection of a pretty radical left wing attorney who just incidentally is totally inconsistent on issues involving sexual harassment. You know, one standard if you're a Republican involved doing it, another standard if it's a Democrat. She's somebody that that said, well, Paula Jones only ten to twelve minutes. You know that that does not constitute sexual harassment in the workforce. Um, he pulled his pants down and exposed himself and said, kiss it. I'm sorry by any definition that is. Uh, that is an example. Look, a lot of people are asking, um, now that this is in the hands of the Senate, comes down to five people and on the Republican side, well, they got Senator snowflake. Anybody want to predict what he's gonna do. I have predictions. I don't think he knows what he's gonna do, except that he's enjoying the notoriety, the interviews, you know, headed to the Northeast, maybe thinking fantasizing in his in his mind and his ego is telling him he should run for president. He's the guy, and so I don't know what he's gonna do. I don't know what Susan Collins of Main is gonna do. I don't know what Lisa Murkowski is gonna do. I don't think any Democrats break unless they know this is going down in defeat. I'm sorry, unless it's gonna pass. If if if Joe Mansion, if he sees Collins and Murkowski voting for Kavanaugh. He'll go vote for Kavanaugh. Same probably with Heidi hikemp Um Joe Donnelly already said no. Who knows if he changes his mind, but he's on record saying he's not gonna do it. Um, So we'll see. And you know, everyone's trying to make a big deal. The President was laying out the case about what is you know, what we now know facts should matter in this particular case, and then the case of any allegation. You know, I want to get into what this all means. I'll get into that at the bottom of the hour a little bit. But what we do know now is that obviously all the people that said we believe her long before we knew really anything about it, those that rushed to judgment eliminated all due process, all presumption of innocence. That is the Democratic Party today forgetting that. Of course, they were against Judge Kavanaugh before he ever got announced anyway, and it didn't matter who Donald Trump nominated to the U. S. Supreme Court. They were going to be against. But Democrats not caring about your rights, fundamental rights that have made this a stronger country. I actually think the New York Times by moving on to a fifteen age tax expose on Donald Trump's father, and well, he might have gifted his son money years ago when he was eight, and therefore he got his wealth from his father. I mean, it's it's totally. It seems to me that they've moved on from any chance that have covering the Kavanaugh case because it's probably already done with the FBI investigation wrapped up, wrapping up, and now handing handing us over to the Senate. I want the American people to have a right to see this. I think American people are now invested in this, and I think the American people will have a right to know for sure what the FBI came up with. Remember, they're not gonna make conclusions, they're not gonna make recommendations. They're just gonna say probably what the Senate Investigative Committee had found out already that in the case of Professor Ford, for example, she didn't remember a date, a day of the week, a location, how she got two or from the location where the alleged crime took place. She mentioned four witnesses or four people that were at the event, no corroborating evidence of any kind and no one backing up her story, including the one person that she placed in the room during the alleged attack. And Democrats, you know, they they thought this was enough to initiate yet another FBI background check. And you know, so now it's wrapping up, and the mainstream media they've already made up their minds in fact, and you know, then we learned about Ms Ramirez and the New York Times couldn't even print that story because when they called dozens of people, they found out Ms. Ramirez was actually no, she didn't know herself if it was professor, I'm sorry if it was Judge Kavanaugh, because she was asking former yelled classmates, I don't fully do you remember, I'm not sure it was him. Well, that kind of puts that case to rest. And on top of the other things that she admitted that she had gaps in her memory and that she had been inebriated rather quickly at that particular event. And the third claim, the most outrageous claim from this woman named Julie sweat Nick, represented by the anti Trump zellat Michael Avanandi, alleging that Kavanaugh was involved in the serial drugging almost on a weekly basis. So she says she went to ten of these parties, but she said almost on a weekend basis would happen where young boys and these prep schools would be drugging young girls, teenage girls and lining up in the halls and raping them. And then of course she gave four names to NBC News, and well, NBC News didn't find one person to back up her story. One of the names was dead, another name was somebody who said, I have no idea who this person is, and they still ran the story. And then of course backtracking on a on a variety of issues, significant issues of the story that she just released a week prior. How does that become news? And yet that is what the media now does. They were perfectly happy airing that interview. And now she's saying, well, well, they weren't exactly lined up in the hall. Um. Well, he was Brett Kavanaugh. I saw him near the punch bowl and he was given out red solo cups to people. That's not drugging girls on a nearly weekend basis and lining up in the halls to gang rape women, young girls. And you'd have to believe that if that happened, that regularly and was that well known, there would be some corroboration that somebody would have told at the time of a law enforcement official, a teacher apparent that this was happening, or this happened, or their drugging kids and and then lining up to rape young girls. And it's gotten so absurd now that you have the Senator from Hawaii wanting to investigate the ice throwing incident Brett Cavanaugh apparently through ice in a bar when he was in college. These police documents that show that Brett Cavanaugh threw ice in someone's face during a bar fight when he was in college. Do you feel that that is in any way disqualifying for someone to say into the Supreme Court. This is why we need an VIA investigation because there are a lot of allegations and the reports really are about how he behaves when he is drunk. Alright, So we're at the end of this process now. It's interesting that Senator Grassley, in a written declaration released late last night that we got ahold of at the Fox News channel, the next boyfriend of Professor Ford's, uh, who's the California professor accusing Brett Cavanaugh in that particular case, anyway, directly tradicting her testimony under oath last week that she had never helped anyone prepare for a polygraph examination. Former boyfriend, whose name was redacted in the declaration, also said the Ford neither mentioned Kavanaugh nor mentioned that she was a victim of sexual misconduct during the time that they were dating from around ninety two, and he said that he saw Ford going to great lengths to help a woman that he believed was a lifelong best friend prepare for a potential polygraph test, and he added that the woman had been interviewing for jobs with the FBI and the U. S. Attorney's Office. He further claimed that Ford never voiced any fear of flying, even all aboard a propeller plane that they were on, seemingly having no problem living in a very small, five square foot apartment. Look, these are the small details to me, I and I some of you may think this is all significant. And at the end of the day, she said there were four p pull that could corroborate her story. None of them can corroborate her story. Most don't remember any party like this, and the one eye witness that she placed in the room at the time of the alleged assault said it didn't happen. So at that point, you've got to presume somebody's innocent. You don't know the place, you don't know the time, you don't have a date, you don't have a location. There is nothing that the FBI can do except take your statement. And assuming that the four people that already been interviewed again under penalty of a felony, you've got to assume that they didn't commit perjury and commit a felony when the FBI came back to ask the same questions. And if they did, then okay, that would be a pretty big deal. There's no indication up to now based on reporting that has come out on all the people that have been spoken to, a lot of people are making a big deal over the fact, well they haven't spoken to Professor Ford, But I mean professor has now told their story multiple times, and I gotta believe and assume that they're they're thinking that, well, her story hasn't changed. He just said it last week before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Um, you know, it's just I just this is there's so much at stake. I want to get into what this all means because what it means matters, you know, at the end of the day, what this means for the country, for the future of the country, all of that matter. Lindsey Graham is saying Clinton sex accusers were treated a hell of a lot worse than Professor Ford. And I think the Republicans held the actually did something well. I think they handled it with the level of seriousness a topic like this deserves. And we'll see what happens in the next couple of days and who's gonna vote which way? Uh. Democratic protesters, by the way, assaulted a GOP congressman in his capital office. Apparently Congressman and Harris assaulted by protesters Tuesday afternoon. They're gonna have to start kicking people out of the holes of these Senate buildings and congressional offices because I'm gonna tell somebody's gonna get hurt. Um. And I'm all for free speech, but you ought to be able to walk out your door and not get surrounded by groups of people screaming at you if you're representing the country. Mitch McConnell firing back at an army of out of control you know, Democratic protesters threatening and trying to intimidate him and other Republican senators and so we'll see what that means from his vantage point. Uh. We also have Grassly saying the investigation now is almost done. Ford complaining the FBI never contacted her, but they have her story. What else do they need? And much more? All right, we'll get to all of this today nine four one shown. We're in our nation's capital, New Gingrich is gonna stop by Victoria Tunsing, Joe Degeneva, Kaylee mckinnahy, Jeff Lord all coming up today to tell you what this means in terms of the election. Blinkets dot com slash handed right as we continue from our nation's capital, Sean Hannity Show, I want to try and I won't do it in a shorter segment here, but I want to try and explain what it all means meaning Alright, So going through all of this, you're we're are exposing something that is that needs to be exposed about, about some fundamental core values and principles that one party are abandoning. You know, we're now entering really dangerous territory if it's guilt by accusation from thirty six years ago, and what it means and how it ties into what power you we the people have thirty four days from now now. Again, they're two scenarios you're gonna tune in that night. Which one do you want? You get to choose. If you're angry about what's happening, if you like the dramatic shift in the economy, if you like the record setting unemployment numbers, if you like the fact that actual stuff is getting done at a at an unbelievable pace, especially considering this is Washington. You know, it takes them an hour and thirty minutes to just think about brushing their teeth. It's they don't move. And now you've got the president literally altering, shifting, changing the way things have been done. And he's breaking a lot of dishes, and he's a disruptor and he's iconoclastic and he fights. But when he fights against you know, even allies negotiating trade deals, we're benefiting. And the forgotten men and women, the people that mattered the most two years ago, they're all benefiting. You know, I noticed now Trump's lawyers saying the allegations of fraud, tax evasion. They're now trying to dig up tax returns from the father. How when did Donald Trump's father die? Was it two decades ago at least? Maybe more? And this is that? But I guess they figure the Kavanaugh issue is done and the Senate's gonna vote whichever way they're gonna vote. So now we got to move on to a new scandal. And we can't exactly move to Stormy yet because the book's not out. So maybe we'll do Russia again. Well, if that doesn't work, we'll do taxes again. Maybe we'll have a big reveal on Rachel Maddow after forty minutes leading, I gotta be paid fifties zillion billion dollars in taxes. Be sure to check in as soon as you get to your car after work for breaking information you need to know about. This is the Sean Hannity Show alright now until the top of the hour as we continue from our nation's capital, Washington, d C. So, with the FBI investigation now coming to an end and the Senate planning their vote and moving forward on all of this, um the big question and with all the news today, you know, what do we see happening as in the next thirty four days, what do we see happening? You know, five weeks from yesterday, you're gonna tune into TV and you're gonna get results from a midterm election. Now, the left will either be happy because of the announcement Nancy Pelosi will be the next Speaker of the House or Chuck Schumer is going to be the next Senate majority leader, and Maxie Waters will chair her committee impeach forty five reclaiming all the time she ever wanted. And that's what's at stake in this election. Now it looks like the Democrats hail Mary passed with Kavanaugh now backfiring, and you look at you know, it's if you go back of voters back the Democratic Party Republicans. By the way, I can't remember elections where Republicans lead in generic ballot, just to give you some historical context, but in mid September it was and I know Nancy Pelosi seems confident she's out there, I'm going to be the next speaker. Well, you don't get to decide that. It's actually in the hands of the American people. Now, we can't make you vote, but we can only tell you what's gonna happen if in fact that Democrats win. And what's gonna happen is very basic, fundamental and simple is they will have endless, NonStop investigations Kavanaugh gets through. They want to impeach Kavanaugh. They want to impeach the president. They want to investigate all things president. What do you think this fifteen page expose in the New York Times is all about? Number One? They they figured out the Kavanaugh debate is over, So now they're moving on to the next thing. And that's the old reliable, which is the smear slander, you know, bludgeoned Donald Trump. You know, well, how many years ago did his father die? That's how far back they want to go and so I don't think it's gonna be the story people say. But you know, they don't have a vision for you. They don't have a plan for you. There's no discussion among any Democrat I ever see, not one that says this is what we're going to do to help improve the lives of the American people. At the risk of being repetitive, just bear with me for for thirty seconds. Obama had eight years, thirteen million more Americans food stamps, eight million more poverty, lowest labor participation rates since the seventies, worse recovery since the forties, lowest home ownership rate in fifty one years. Um. He literally took on more debt than all forty three presidents before him combined, the only president in American history to never reach three percent GDP growth in a year. And now the Trump economy is is moving forward. It was pretty interesting. Hillary's favorite economist is now actually admitting that the Trump economy is rip roaring hot. Guy's name is Mark Zandi. Predicted in that the Trump presidency would like lead to an economic disaster. He's now saying it's rip roaring hot. He was on CNBC, So that's the eight years of Obama, You want to go back to that. Are we better off as a country than we wore two years ago? Do you want this agenda? Because it's not about you, it's not about your family's it's not about your kids, it's not about the future. It's all about power and stopping Trump by any means necessary, and anybody associated with Trump, by any means necessary, getting their face chase him into gas stations and grocery stores and yell at you know, Secretary Nielsen, Pam Bondi, kick Sarah Sanders out of a restaurant, go after Ted Cruz, kick him and his wife out of a restaurant. You know, Mitch McConnell comparely walk at his age, he's an elderly man, getting in his face in an airport. That's what they're telling people to do. Spartacus has been saying it, Maxie Waters is saying it. And by the way, Obama has said it many times over the years, even directly aimed at me. But they want to impeach the president. If Cavanaugh gets through, then they want to impeach him. Endless investigation Trump, Trump organization, Trump, taxas Trump, this Trump, that Stormy stormy, this one, this one, it's just never gonna end. There's there will be no focus on Oh, and they want the crumbs back, so you get the biggest tax cut in American history. American families are benefiting to the tune of the first real increase in real wages. The American people got the first wage increase since and now they want the crumbs back. And then they want open borders and to eliminate ice, and they want to keep that great design plan called Obamacare. Remember, keep your doctor planning and save a whole lot of money. And millions lost their doctor their plans. They're paying three four times more in some states, and it's bankrupting them now. In two years because we got the largest tax cuts in history in two years, because we got rid of more burdensome regulation than the last five or six presidents combined in terms of the the the burdens that we place on business. Business has been leaving this country. Even Obama recognized these jobs they're not coming back. Well, they're not coming back for you because they can't make any money with you being president. That's what has incentivized companies to leave their home country and set up shop in places like Mexico and and other places abroad. Now the President has incentivized all these companies to come back, and they're investing trillions. And when they said that, oh, he's gonna start a trade war with Mexico and Canada, well now we got a significantly better deal than we had before, which means, oh, auto parts are gonna be made by American workers with a minimum wage of sixteen dollars an hour. Oh, and uh, you have to help American dairy farmers and poultry farmers. Um, that's all jobs for the for the you know, look, the states that had suffered the most, the the Michigan's, the Wisconsin's, the Ohio's, the Pennsylvania's, they're the ones now benefiting from all the President's planned. Those are the forgotten men and women. You know, don't forget. We have four million new jobs that have been created since the presidents elected, four million fewer people on food Stamp since the president is elected. We have the largest growth in manufacturing jobs, uh in thirty years since the presidents elected. We have fourteen states record low unemployment since the President's elected. If you break it down demographically, record low unemployment, African Americans Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, women in the workforce lowest level in sixty five years, Youth unemployment now at a a fifty five year low. It's all because the policies of limited government, lower taxes. It is incentivized business to grow and grow and build factories, manufacturing centers. And and it's only the beginning. Because the President allowing pipelines to be built in the United States again. Finally, the President opening opening up and war with the vast oil reserves resources we have there. The President single handedly saved the coal mining industry West Virginia. Are you paying attention um And and Kentucky and some other states. And then of course we can drill in the United States natural gas restrictions lifted. This is going to create literally millions of high paying career jobs for Americans, and it will give us national security benefits that we never dreamed of, because not only will we never be needing to import a single barrel of oil again from the Middle East, we will also be creating safety and security for our European allies. That's what the future holds, That's what the election is about. In thirty four days, you want to keep going, do you want the success or do you want to tune in in thirty four days, put on your television and here Nancy Pelosi, Speaker, Chucky Schumer, Senate Majority Leader. Look, I'm not gonna beat a dead horse here. They have no plan to make your life better. Nothing. They are proposing nothing to make the lives of Americans better. They're running on hate Trump, They're running on hey Kavanaugh, They're running on hate, hate, hate, And all they want is you to vote Trump out now if you want this party, and we have now witnessed and I think everything that we hold dear is now hanging in the balance. If we were reward this group of people, and this is their playbook, this is what they do every two and four years. They you know, now you're seeing it at a level. They've they've taken it up notches that I never even thought they could sink to, but they have. And I know, a contradiction up notches, down notches, but you watch what they've done to break Havanaugh. It's so much more than a Supreme Court seat. Everything we hold dear now, values wise, rule of law wise is waying hanging in the balance here, because if you reward them for what they've done here to Kavanaugh. If you reward these people, it's never gonna end. And guess what's gonna happen. They're gonna double and triple down on on smearing, slander, character, assassination, and bludgeoning and all that we have witnessed. They're gonna literally basic fundamental American constitutional human rights that have made this country great. We're now in a battle for all of this. Democrats want to endue process. Presumption of innocence gone guilt by accusation is in. You know, gang rape allegations almost every weekend, almost every weekend, drugging young girls, boys lining up in halls to take their turn, gang raping young girls thirty six years ago on a regular basis, a criminal organization of young kids, nobody told anybody. Doesn't matter that there's been no corroboration in any of these cases, doesn't matter. Now they want to investigate ice throwing. Doesn't matter that Avanadi and Senator Harris out in California want to bring up this is the way. We got one more, one more anonymous person that she's trying to bring up here, totally uncorroborated, actually in most cases refuted. You know, fights and boats and Rhode Island of state. He's never been to wild parties. People can't even remember ever being to any such party I witnessed is saying it didn't happen the way the accuser said at all. You know, nobody can ever confirm the attendance of Judge Kavanaugh. Now it's now the Senator from Hawaii, Harono, wants a ice throwing incident investigated by the FBI. Do you want this for the future? Look, I don't. We're capable of so much more than this. We are capable. We have better principles as a country, as a society that we can adhere to. You know, I'm just telling you if you if you're not telling your senators, if you're not telling them where you stand on this, you're making a big mistake. Because now the votes coming, now, the investigation is ending. Now that now the senators now Snowflake and Collins and Murky how Ski and Mansion and hide Camp. They're the five people a choice between one party that is so power hungry they're willing to destroy a man, wife, kids, families because of their thirst for power. A group of people that have tried to undermine the president. He hasn't had a day's peace since you elected him, and in spite of them, he's been successful. No solutions to make the lives of the forgotten men and women of this country better. And you're gonna decide in thirty four days who's the next speaker sent a majority leader. You're gonna watch the media either ecstatic or depressed. You can shock the world. This is an infinitely winnable mid term. It is it is absolutely worth your time to engage fully for thirty four days. There's a lot hanging in the balance. And when you when you're thinking about it, think of your kids. All right, we got New Gingrich, we got Joe, Degene, Victoria Tunsing, Kaylee Mcinanny and Jeff Lord. A busy day from our nation's capital It's the Sean Hannity Show, exposing, uncovering, untracking the lives of the left every day. This is the se Show. Just thirty four days, four days until you decide the mid term elect to keep America great. Shoe were on the other foot, and an accusation came from South Carolina against a male Democratic nominee, and I got ahold of it, and I didn't disclose it to the committee. I waited to leak it to the press against the wishes of a lady from South Carolina, I would be torn apart, and I should be. And if I referred her to a conservative activist lawyer who didn't tell her that the Democrats were willing to come to South Carolina to her testimony so she wouldn't have to go through this, I would be destroyed. Wait a minute, we wrong gonna wait a minute. N F a Republican had said, why are you doing this? We're trying to hold a seat open to get past the mid term so we can take power back. The Republican who said that couldn't go five feet in this town without having a hundred reporters in her face. So the double standard here offends me, and I voted for Sodomyer and Kagan and never thought twice about it. I would never have done to them what's been done to this. There's a feeling, and correct me if I'm wrong. There's a feeling that a lot of that was performance directed at the person who may or may not be watching the Atlantic Festival at this moment. Would you say, would you say in an hour? In this new framework, anger is rewarded and buttressed rather than civil discourse, and so that's infecting the process of picking a justice, and it will detect the Spreme Court. So I mean, am I and my parents saying that you were directing some of that towards the president, your anger to the president, showing the president no, we're standing fighting, and the way that we know you would think you're cheapening me, and that's fine. I don't really, I would never cheapen. No, you are, no, you are. You're suggesting that the reason I got mad was for some political play. The reason I got no, no, no no, no, no, let him go, let him go. Please. The reason I voted for sodam Iran Kagan, what's because I thought it made sense. The reason I came to his defense is us I thought it was being treated like crap. This is America. Turned to dime again and tell him, if you're truly innocent, that you want to continue this and have your family torn apart. That was too much for me. So here's the game here. When I'm voting for two female nominees nominated by the Democrat, I'm the smartest freaking guy in town. I'm the epitome of what a good Republican would be like when I defend somebody I know for twenty years against a complete character assassination, all of a sudden, it's about Lindsay. The reason I did what I did is because I wanted to let the country know that if this is the new normal, God help the next person who follows Brett Kavanaugh. All Right, that was Lindsay Graham has been very powerful all throughout these hearings, and he had a moment last week or in those hearings with Brett Cavanaugh and Dick Durbin wanting is FBI investigation? Well, the all right, they've had the FBI investigation. Now we know that we can have an upper down vote in the Senate. So who's going to vote yes, and who's going to vote no, because we have one party that in every single case, even though there's no corroboration, even though facts on the ground continue to shift and change where we don't know a data location, People that are supposedly eyewitnesses to alleged acts of violence say it didn't happen, and then stories change about well, they're putting drugs in the in the punch and boys are lining up almost on a weekly weekend basis to rape girls lining up in the halls. While he was around the punch bowl and he gave out some red solo cups. That's what that evolved into. You know, at what point is there no shame here? At what point do we not understand how deeply dangerous this is for every American because we're throwing due process and the presumption of innocence literally really out the window. New King Ridge is with us former Speaker of the House, with thirty four days away from an election best selling book, Trump's America, The Truth about our Nation's Great Comeback. Well, I guess that's on the ballot in thirty four days. How are you well? I'm doing well, And I think you know, you can't have shame if you're only interest is raw power, and that's what we've seen. Diane Feinstein deliberately holding the letter was about raw power. Um, the fact that you have a Democratic senator who says, if you're for Kavanaugh, you are complicit with evil, that's raw power. The kind of smearing, dishonest questions and accusations that we've seen, that's raw power. And that is what the selection is about. This election will decide what kind of country we are. How many Americans are really comfortable with this kind of character assassination, dishonesty, and all out effort to destroy decent people. And I think that's going to be in it. That's truly on the ballot, even if it's not on the ballot, because all of us have now seen right there on television, we have editing without distortion. We've seen how bad these people are. Well, I just you know on our level that we've never seen before. And I guess it really comes down there are five people, but I think it really two of the Democrats that would consider voting for Judge Kavanaugh. There will only do it, I believe, if in fact there's enough Republicans to get him over the finish line. But it comes down to Susan Collins. It comes down to Lisa Murkowski and Senator Jeff Snowflake, who is on his I Want to be President trip to New England this week most of the week, and his media tour which is second to none. So how does this end up? Well? I mean, I think in the shot run that I'm an optimist. I think that the basic decency uh of Judge Kavanaugh and of his family, the sense that most Americans have that he has been uh smeared and treated with a vicious personal attact, all those things, I think mean that the Susan Collins the world are going to vote yes, and he's going to be confirmed, probably by Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday, and he'll be on the court. But the deeper underlying lesson that all of us should learn about who these people are, how they operate, how truly dishonest and vicious they are. I hope that death stays for a very long time. Let me ask you what thirty or four days out of an election, you were there as a strategist when Reagan became president for the first time in forty years. You ran on something and you got the entire caucus of Republicans House and Senate to agree to nationalize an election and make promises to America. You called it the Contract with America and that you would you promised you would vote on ten specific items in the first hundred days of which you did accomplish that task. And Republicans, for the most part, with a few bumps hiccups in the road, have been in power since um How to Republicans now? I think the anger of the base is beyond anything I've seen in recent years. Rightly so over what's going on with the Kavanaugh hearings and the Democrats. Democrats don't have a vision for the future. We had eight horrible years of Obama, We've had two very successful years of President Trump. What is the pitch? What what should these congressmen and women and senators be saying. I think the President has done a great job if you watch his various trips such as Mississippi, obi in Minnesota. But he's laying out the case that if you want results, do you have a team called Republicans And if you want resistance, you've got a team called Democrats. And he's been laying up and you see it in the numbers. I mean, people realize the lowest unemployment rafting Americans in history, lowest unemployment for Latinos, continuous economic growth, many good things that are happening than there is in the sentence stage. Now to pivot and spend these last five weeks telling us what's coming next. We've got this much done, you know, America. I love the Vice President Pencil. The night he said America's coming back. He didn't say we're back yet, because we're not. We still have a lot of work to do, but we're coming back. And now we have a chance for the president's leadership. And I think this election want to be about which kind of America do you want us to be? You want us to keep coming back, keep creating jobs. Do you want us to control the border to save our children from Ms thirteen, gangs, from fentonel and from opio death? Are you prepared to be part of a team the once constitutional judges, not radicals. I think if we that campaign could be stunning lee successful, and we could have as much fun on election night as we had in two thousand and seven. Why I mean, I hear optimism in you that I look. I'm gonna be honest, I don't quite share it. I'm not there with you. I think it can happen. I believe if it's winnable, I believe the Republicans can keep the House. I think that Rick Scott can win the Senate in Florida. I think Republicans can defeat Joe Donnelly in Indiana, Uh, Joe Mansion in West Virginia, Claire mccaskell in Missouri. I think they can beat Heidi high Camp. I think Martha McSally is a great candidate out in Arizona. I think Dean Heller can hold a seat in Nevada. But I think they're all tight races. And then you've got then we've got about fifty competitive house races which could tip the balance of power there. So of course that's why we have campaigns. We've got we've got thirty five days out here to go out and win. And I remember, and you remember because you were there two thousand and sixteen. Two weeks out, I do interview with Megan Kelly, and she telling me how we're gonna lose Pennsylvania, We're gonna lose Michigan, We're gonna lose Wisconsin. I just said to her, we have two alternative universes in my universe. I believe the arige American is so disgusted with this resistance or in his left wing radicalism. I think the average person knows when when you hear a Democrats say therefore Medicare for all, they're talking about destroying Medicare. They're talking about destroying your health insurance. They're talking about bankrupting the country. And I think that we just have to go out and wage a campaign. And I must say President Trump is doing as good a job of getting out on the stump, telling the truth, laying it out as anybody I've ever seen. And I believe in the American people. My optimism grows out of a belief that the average hard working, decent American is disgusted by what they just saw happen to Kavanaugh, is committed to a work ethic to a better future. And as the Democrats get more radical, I think you're going to see the Republicans continue to move. Uh. You know, for example, uh, government run healthcare means tax paid abortion. Well, the very few places in America there's a majority for your tax dollars paying for abortions. And I think we actually prepared to tell the truth, lay into it in a direct way. And if we do that, we're gonna have a very good election. Right, I gotta take a quick break from our nation's capital. Are we continue to Kingbridge, former Speaker of the House thirty four days till election day? What are the top issues? I mean I always thought Reagan when he ran for re election and are you better off than you were four years ago? I think a legitimate case can be made, are you better off now than you were two years ago? Well, when first of all, the economy is doing so well, it is such a great vindication of Trump's leadership and of solid conservative principles of less regulation, lower taxes, better trade agreements. I mean, just just look at the job creation and engine is out there. So that's the economy has got to be a big part of it. I think second, you have to recognize that we have to improve the health system. We have to solve the challenge of preconditions. We have to show people that we can take the current system and step by step have real results making it better, which is much better than going out and creating some giant government run health system. Baird, I think this question of controlling the border when it becomes a question do you want an MS their team gang in your child's high school? Do you want to have fentanyl and opioids coming across the border to kill seventy thousand Americans a year. I think that the Democrats, with their commitment to open borders, their desire to abolish ice, their whole attitude about sanctuary cities, I think that could be a zone where they just collapse as a party. Fourth, through judges. Most Americans want American judges who interpret the American Constitution. They don't want radicals who are rewriting us. And then finally, Uh, the President's brilliant Speech of the Nations laid out what's going to do one of the great issues by two thousand twenty. Do you want a government an American government the worries about Americans, or do you want an American government the worries about globalism and international bureaucrats. And I think the Democrats are so committed to basically spending America propping up international bureaucracies that the gap there is going to be so huge. It's amazing. You know, I think these are times unlike any other. You know, what's exciting is we are on the verge. Fourteen states, record low unemployment, record low unemployment, Hispanic Americans, African Americans, Asian Americans, sixty five year low unemployment, women in the workforce, youth unemployment fifty year uh, fifty five year low. This is such an opportunity, ending burdensome regulation, new trade deals. That's all of this means that Americans have an opportunity now, the forgotten men and women during the Obama years, to prosper more than they ever have. Nice cars, nice homes, safe neighborhood vacations to Disney. That dream is within everybody's reach with the proper plan for economic growth. That's right, And everybody who likes the direction we're going in, everybody who wants more jobs, everybody who wants to be sure that we're safe from illegal criminals and drugs, everybody who wants to have a health system is practical and works. Uh, they've got to go vote. I mean, that's not all gonna be the key, because elections come down to who shows up and who votes. All Right, We're gonna leave it right there, Mr Speaker, thank you so much for being with us. We appreciate it. We'll see on Hannity tonight on our set. We've got some breaking news and new developments. We have one story on the deep state. Obviously, we're watching now very closely. With the closing now uh and the near end here of the FBI investigation and the scheduled vote in the U. S. Senate, it will be very interesting to watch. You may want to call your Senate switchboard. As for your Senator two O two two to four one two O two two to four, all afternoon, the little lies lying over and over about his yearbook page made absolutely no sense. I do know that if he gets to the Supreme Court, a good chunk of this country is going to think that somebody who got away with sexual assault is sitting on the Supreme Court. What we saw yesterday was in many ways the victory of tribalism. As much as his personal integrity has been called into question in this process, the integrity of the court will be called into question if he is confirmed. Well, I thought it was a temper tantrum. He was angry and belligerent, and it was kind of scary, that worried. That's all white people are gonna lose all their power so that they don't care if she's lying. While she's not lying, well he's lying. They just want to hold onto their power. Pretty soon will be like South Africa apartheid. We're ten percent of white people were running the country. I don't know what you would do about your high school, he said, I drank beer. I like beer. Uh like enough already with me? Enough enough enough, vote against him. I really don't care if a serial rapist is not good enough, the sexual predator is not good enough, or maybe his temperament, maybe that's fine. We get maybe lied about how much he drank in high school, and maybe he threw ice in a bar in New York. Enough. Vote, don't destroy this man's life, because it goes around comes around. In that statement, sweat Nick said she became aware of efforts by Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge to spike punch at parties. In our interview, she said she saw them near the punch, but did not specifically say she saw either man spike it. Did you see Brett Kavanaugh, you know, spiking the punch put in? I saw I saw him given red solo cups to quite a few girls during that time frame. I saw him around the punch I won't say bowles or the punch containers. I don't know what he did, but I saw him buy them. Are there friends who remember these parties too? And remember you, I think everybody in the county remembers of his parties because we have we haven't heard from those friends. So I'm asking you know, are there people Yes I've today, Yes I have, I have went to those parties. Yes, there are people that know about those parties. This morning, sweat Nick provided four names of friends she says went to the parties with her. One of them said he does not recall a Julie sweat Nick. Another of the friends she named is deceased. We've reached out to the other two and haven't heard back. So if you cannot get a single person given to you, names given to you that would corroborate the story, to actually corroborate the story, and you don't have, and you see a pattern of of backtracking and shifting and changing not not insignificant facts, but the most significant facts. Remember, the story was about almost on a weekend basis, and I've been to ten of these parties myself, where young girls were drugged and boys lined up the hall too so they could gang rape them. Well, um, he gave out red solo cups and I saw him at a party and I don't know if he did anything to the punch. Um. This is so reckless, irresponsible NBC, how they would ever dare run this is beyond any comprehension I have. Now. If they had confirmation, if they had witnesses, if there wasn't a changing, shifting story, if there wasn't dramatic backtracking, they might then have some legit reason to air this. But because they want what the Democrats want, which is the smearing of Judge Kavanaugh, to continue, well they had to air it, but even the airing of it made them look really, really pathetic. It's not fair. There are and I'll tell you the other thing. There are victims people I know in my life of sexual abuse. I know there's evil in the world. I wrote a whole book about evil people that would ever drug rape a girl or evil. These people are predators. They need to get off our streets. But you gotta have some corroboration to these things. And it just comes out seventeen days ago, just on the eve of the confirmation vote for Judge Kavanaugh. And if you go issue by issue, case by case, you know, it comes down to do we believe in the presumption of innocence, due process, and simple common sense, or do we believe in guilt by accusations? Because in each case there hasn't been any corroborating evidence at all. In each case, what you see is a lot of smearing, a lot of smoke, a lot of bludgeoning, but no evidence. You know, in every single one of these cases, they're shifting narratives and stories. Kaylee McKinney is with us. Author of The New American Revolution, The Making of a Populist Movement, Jeffrey Lord, former associate political director in the Regular Administration. He wrote the book a while ago, way before anyone else picked up on it. What America needs the case for Donald Trump? I think, Jeffrey, thirty four days out of a midterm election, which historically has not worked out well for the the party in power in the White House. UM, I do believe there has been an energizing across the country, a uniting of, if you will, of pretty much anyone that is conservative, fair minded, Republican, even never Trumpers, that they recognize what has gone on here. And I think they're all pretty angry and piste off. Yeah, I think that's right, Sean. I've talked to people there. I mean people are livid and I do mean livid about the treatment of Judge Kavanaugh. Yesterday I saw I think it was a Quinnipiac pole that the generic Democratic vote had already dropped five points because of this nonsense. This is a lynch mob, plain and simple. And and let's be crystal clear here, if President Trump not had gotten nominated God himself for the Supreme Court, they would find a reason to do this kind of thing. And it doesn't matter if Judge Kavanaugh dropped out tomorrow, which thank god, he's not going to do, and they substitute somebody else. Some version of this is going to happen again and again and again, because at the end, it's all about Roby Wade. It's all about the idea that they get to run the country from the Supreme Court instead of the Congress. And that's what it's all about. Say what I think it is. I do believe that after the shock of November, I think that there's been a collective meltdown by people on the left and there and their outrage and their hatred and their venom, and it just gets worse. Kayley will go to you every single day. I mean, I remember back in the day you both work for fake news CNN, and you'll always both be on panels ten ten liberals against one of you. I don't think you're ever on a panel together for that matter. And I just would watch and it was constant, never ending pounding Van Jones starting on day Well, this is a this is a white lash. It started there and they were all shocked and they never thought Trump could win. But he won, and he won in a masterful way. He actually went to the States and said I'm gonna make things better. Oh that's a pretty simple way to win. The media has failed to a that the idea that President Trump is our president. You saw the venom, you saw animosity toward candidate Trump, while it only increased tenfold when he became President Trump. It's something that they were never prepared to accept. That's why you've seen this fake Russia which hunt with Robert Mueller and his team of a angry Democrats. That's why you're now seeing this vitriol towards everything the president does that would include Judge Kavanaugh. The bright side of all of this is the fact that people are waking up and they are taking notice. When you have a clamcy actual that shows as opposed to forty five percent believe that this is a partisan attack, mere campaign again to Judge Kavanaugh. That is pretty breathtaking when a dear majority of the nation is able to see right through Diane Feinstein, right through her fake attempt to act like she cares about the merit of this accusation. She does not. If she did, she would have brought it forward two months ago, there would have been an anonymous FBI investigation, but she didn't care. The American people are by the way, Professor Ford said, she preferred, all of this could have been done confidentially. All the people could have been interviewed. It could have been done expeditiously behind the scenes, and and we probably would be now where we are now, with this FBI investigation coming to a conclusion. Alright, quick break, We'll come back more with Kaylee mcinaney is with us and Jeff Lord, Hey, listen, I gotta give you a heads up. You probably heard this by now. Hackers exploited what is a security vulnerability of Facebook now that is potentially putting you know, fifty million accounts personal information in these accounts at risk. Now, attackers actually stole access quote tokens and they can use those to take over people's accounts. Access tokens that kind of like digital keys. It keeps people logged in so they don't need to re enter their passport every time. Now, Facebook says they fixed the vulnerability. They inform law enforcement look with your personal information all of a ball in this digital world. And these criminals are sadly really sophisticated and smart, and they could open up accounts, file tax returns by property, get credit cards, rip off your bank, your retirement accounts, and you won't even know what happened. You need to protect your good name, reputation, and finances. And that's where the all new LifeLock identity, that protection with the added power of Norton security comes in. They're gonna see the threats that you might miss on your own and if you have a problem, they'll fix it for you. Go to LifeLock dot com or just called one LifeLock, use the promo code Hannity, you get an extra ten percent off. They're already low price for your first year, and right now, for a limited time, you'll get a twenty five dollar Amazon gift card with your annual enrollment. That's LifeLock dot Com one hundred LifeLock promo code Hannity. All right, from our Nation's Capital, we'll take a quick break, we'll come back, and we will continue. Victoria Tunsing, Joe de Jennifer, they're coming up next as we continue. Right as we continue, we're in d C. We're in the swamp, the sewer. Kaylee mcinahey and Jeff Loida with us. But I don't understand is well, I know there are consequences, Jeff, because I know Richard Jules lawyer at the time, a really good guy by the name of Lynn would uh, he got after a lot of media companies. I know the Duke Lacrosse kids. Oh, they went after a lot of people after that smear job. I know what's happened in the uv A rape case. I guess that's that's following through every one of these cases though, and then add to it, uh Ferguson Missouri, Trayvon George Zimmerman, Cambridge Police, Freddie Gray Baltimore. There's a collective left wing rush to judgment, no presumption of innocence, and they get proven wrong over and over again, and media companies get sued and lose over and over again, and they keep making the same mistakes. I guess the problem with the president. He's the president. He can't sue for slander. Well, that's right, and sadly, neither can judge Kavanaugh, I believe, for the same reason he's a public figure. Uh So, I don't believe he's going to be able to legally go down that road. But this is what they do, this is who they are. And Sean, I want to see, in the last couple of days, you have done a fabulous job of pointing out the hypocrisy here. Um. I mean, if if we're going to have a serious conversation about drinking in high school and drugs and high school and adult conduct of domestic violence, when you have incumbent democratic members of the Senate with court records well out there, well discussed, uh and and and suddenly this is no longer part of the conversation or it can't be discussed. I mean, this is crazy this is crazy. I mean, I think they have gone down a road here that they are going to regret long term Democratic I don't. I don't think so, because it's sort of like when Harry Reid lied about Mitt Romney hadn't paid taxes in ten years, and then he was asked after the election if he cared about lying about Mitt Romney the way he did. He said, no, we won the election. What's the difference and justifies the means for that. I think the left soul believes Conservatives are evil, that they feel justified in whatever it is that they say. You know, but the problem is here, this is so serious an allegation. And you know, I'm not the biggest fan of the Republican Party. I'm not a Republican. I've been very critical when they're weak and timid and stupid, and I would say they have handled this with the appropriate amount of seriousness. They have balanced what is a fair system, They've given every possibility shadow of a doubt, and now it's time to vote. Now the question is Kylee, where Susan Collin ones, where's Lisa Murkowski, and where's Jeff Snowflake? Gonna vote? That says right? It comes down to those three. I mean, Mitch McConnell has been a real warrior and pushing this forward to a vote, as has Chairman grass Lely not falling into the antics of the Democrats. You're exactly right. This would have been taken to a vote a week ago if we would have had Lakes Collins for Calcium for Seahn. I'm ain't came here that we might not necessarily need them. And I say that not because I have any faith in Democrats, but because they have political calculations in mind. You have Joe Manson looking at a state where, by a thirty percent margin, the people of less for Virginia want to see having all confirmed. By a thirty percent margin, the people of North Dakota want to see k having all confirmed. It would be political suicide for high Camp or Mansion or Donny to not vote for this nominee. Them never do it out of principle because they're Chuck Schumer lapdogs, but they might do it out of their own political self interests. That's exactly right. Well, I mean, yeah, I mean High Camp and and Mansion, but I think I don't think they go that way unless Collins of Murkowski or a combination of of Collins and and Flake, or or Murkowski and Flake. Once the Republicans have the vote, then they'll have the freedom to go. And I don't think the Democratic leadership because a flying hoot about their constituents in West Virginia, Florida, North Dakota, Indiana, Missouri, because if they did, they would say vote your conscience. I mean, Jeff Flake, the hero of the Democratic Party, why because he admits he's an unprincipled man that would never vote the way he really felt. Because he's only doing this because he's he's lifted of the burden of having to face the horrible voters. Again. I mean, that was a horrible admission on sixty minutes. Yeah, yeah, I mean as a man of real strong principle, is a man that stands on his values. This is a man who wrote a book. King Barry Goldwater is a conscience of the conservative And if you know, if he is then now in the moment to stand up he thinks he's going to be president. Let me just be the first to tell Jeff Flake, Jeff you're delusional. You are delusional. You will never be the president of the United States. Not in my lifetime. All right, thank you, thank you both for being with us. He couldn't get fifteen votes. I mean he's like at nine percent in his own state, racing off to the northeast. New Hampshire is not interested in Jeff Flake, and neither is Iowa. I mean, so out of touch, and nobody's interested in the guy that says, well, I'm only voting this way because I don't have to face the voters again. Oh so every other vote was because you wanted to get reelected and you didn't care about what principles were involved in a particular vote. All right, quick break, we'll come back. Coming up, we have Victoria Tunsing and Joe Degeneva as we continue from our nation's capital, Washington, d C. This is why all the Democrats on a Judiciary committee have been totally consistent and asking for an FBI investigation. But even if it's seven days, that's bad enough. But then to limit the FBI as to the scope and who they're going to question. I wanted to use the word for us. There should be an FBI investigation. We called for an FBI investigation earlier today. This investigation is a scam. It's a sham. And it's a con job. One week is the what center Flake was interested in, and you can do a lot if you have the whole FBI looking at things in one week. I don't think people should be micromanaging the FBI investigation, which she is entitled to the respect of, at least a thoroughfare investigation. So far, an FBI investigation has been fought by the White House. I believe that Jeff Flake truly wants a real investigation how to check the box sham, and that's what the FBI ought to be doing. Difficult though, because as you said very well, this deadline is tight. An arbitryan who let the FBI. Let the professionals who have no partisan interest in this either way, let them talk to the various witnesses. I think be a big mistake to put handcuffs on the FBI, if you excuse the analogy. The FBI is an organization, investigative agency of consummate skill and integrity. It will follow the fact. I thought she was handled respectfully. I thought Kavanaugh was treated like crap, Yeah, we'll boo yourself. We've seen this before, denials from powerful men. I did not have sexual relations with that woman, I've never seen anything like this. Categorically and unequivocally to deny the allegation against me by Dr Ford. America is watching, and as we choose a lifetime set on our highest court, integrity matters, and we cannot have any doubt. Senator Gardner oppose the confirmation of Judge Kevanagh. All Right, you heard that that's the a c L you. Let's just let's just convict him and say, as a civil liberties Union, which one of the foundational principles ought to be, oh, the presumption of innocence, due process, You'll have to have some corroboration for what you said thirty six years ago. If you say there's an eyewitness to an event, and the eyewitness contradicts what you say, that's a problem. If you're giving different recollections in different uh cases and scenarios that you've outlined, that's a problem. If all of a sudden, you're accusing somebody of something and it gets printed by the New Yorker in the New York Times of all places, well, they spend an entire week calling dozens of people, and they learned that the accuser is calling former classmates asking them if they remembered what happened, because the accused are saying to them, well, she's not really sure what happened. Then you got the whole Well, they were putting drugs, and they were drugging girls almost on a weekend basis. I went to ten of these parties myself, and and he's one of them, And and boys were lined up in the halls. And after these girls were drugged, they were gang raped, train raped as they were lying in the hall. And then that evolves into while I saw him near the punch bowl, and and I saw him giving red solo cups to people, and well, he wasn't standing in line, but I saw him. He was in a hall. Um. That is so over the top. And the fact the media would run that interview with so many inconsistencies in all cases, no corroboration. Not in the case of Professor Ford, not in the case of Ms Ramirez, and not in the case of Julie sweat Nick no corroboration. Joe Dejenova, Victoria Tuntsinger with us de Genevan Tuntsing, welcome both of you back to the program. U Victoria, and start with you get your take on all this. Well, the new media standard is very very interesting, at least for Republicans. It's that you can say John Smith raped somebody. We can't prove it. We don't have anybody else, We don't have any witnesses. So we're telling you, you know, what our problems are with our story. But nevertheless, John Smith raped somebody. I mean, that's that's what the media is going with John. It's really important that your listeners know about what happens here in Washington when there's a high publicity investigation, because I was involved in one in the nineteen eighties with Ronald Reagan's the CIA director, Bill Casey. It was all over the papers. You know how soon we all forget about these things. But I was with the Senate Intelligence Committee, and we got such far ranging, bizarre accusations about Casey. Bill Casey met me in the park and held me up with a gun. Bill Casey took all my stocks and sold them and kept the money for himself. I mean, they were just radically out of the wild, and that happens all the time in these investigations. And you know what, we didn't make any of them public, and even the Democrats back then did not make them public. And yet we have Kamala Harris. Um. I'm told she's a lawyer, she was the Attorney General of California. She's supposed to know due process. She released an anonymous Jane Doe accusation. That's how the person signed it about Brett Kavanalla committing some lurid sex facts. Is there no decorum left in the U. S. Senate anymore? Aren't you going to sanction her in any way? You know? Alan Dershowitz was saying that in the case of Julie sweat Nick in particular, that if in fact she you know, she made these statements and they're probably false, that he would want a full, complete investigation into perjury allegations. Um, you know, Joe, I I don't know what the law enforcement should do. I do know this. I know that we have now examined every single case. In every case, there's no corroboration. In every case, there is multiple inconsistencies. In the last case, Julie Sweatneck, there are so many inconsistencies it is mind numbing that NBC would ever air that interview, but they aired it anyway. The eyewitnesses or the witnesses she mentioned one is dead one doesn't even know who she is, and they can't get an answer from the other two. And you know, now last minute, because they're desperate. Now they want the FBI investigating ice throwing incidents in high school. Yeah, well, I think, um, what has to happen with Julie sweat Nick is that the Senate Committee, after the confirmation vote occurs, needs to make a criminal referral to the Justice Department or the U S Attorney for the District of Columbia to investigate her for obstruction of a congressional proceeding by submitting a false affidavits and for per jurious written testimony. Very easy to investigate, and it has to be done in order to send a signal to everybody out there that you cannot simply make false statements to a congressional committee in a confirmation process to get yourself publicity. It is very, very important that Miss sweat Nick be investigated by a federal grand jury to act as a deterrent against others from making false accusizations. There is no substantiation for her story. There is no substantiation for Ms. Ramirez story. And I just want to say something that I know probably Sean you don't agree with. She has repeatedly lied as like her lawyers did not tell her that the committee was willing to come to California to interview her. That is a lie. Her lawyers did tell her that, no good lawyer would never communicate that. I gotta tell you, I don't think they told her. If you remember in that moment when Professor Ford was asked when I forgot maybe it was Lindsay Graham, who or whoever it was, said we offered to go to you, maybe a Senator grass I think, but Senator Grassley. And then she said, oh, there was genuine surprise. Now remember Diane Feinstein was working behind the scenes to get a radical left wing activist a resistor as a lawyer. This is Deborah Cats. Debora Cats, by the way, who said, well, Paul Jones only spent ten or twelve minutes with with Bill Clinton. It wasn't a big deal. That wouldn't constitute sexual harassment in the workplace, and also defended in in the case of al Franken. But I I saw genuine shock and surprise. And she goes, well that I didn't know that, but that was very nice to you if you offered that. I didn't know. I believe they should be referred to the DC bar then for violation of professional rules. I'm I'm a very well come to conclude that eventually, and I'm perfectly happy to accept it. I can buy that. And I'll say it's something that really bothers me about her story, and that an old prosecutor who tried sex crimes cases. Here's here's the one thing about her story besides everything else we've talked about that doesn't make any sense. Any victim in a situation like that goes to where people are for safety. Now, why does her story not include her going to those people? Because if she had done that, if she literally, if if what she says occurred, and if she had gone to those people, guess what they would have remembered it. In order for her to have a story that holds up without anybody knowing about it, she has to leave the house. I don't know though. And look, maybe you know because we're talking about we all know that there are real evil predators. There are people that do murder and rape innocent people. There are people that will drug and rape people. I e. Look at the Bill Cosby case. We know that that and and This is why I think, to the Republicans credit, they took these allegations and charges seriously, They handled it professionally, they afforded every accommodation, which was the right thing to do. But for the Democrats, they just they just now have pushed this so far into a into any allegation, no matter how many inconsistencies, no matter no evidence, no matter no corroboration whatsoever. And we saw that they hated the guy from the beginning. So I don't I don't know what. I don't know what victims remember or don't remember Joe, and I don't know what how they act or react. I would assume it's probably people react differently, like you go to a funeral. Some people are crying, some people laughing. I was. I was perfectly happy to accept anything that she had to say, and I listened to her testimony carefully at the time and his, and then I went back and I looked at it repeatedly. And it may very well be that she believes everything she said. The problem is there's not a scintilla of evidence to corroborate it. And conveniently enough, everything that could have happened that would have made her story corroborable, is nonexistent, doesn't happen. That just doesn't happen, Sean. Let me just say, you know, we make our living trying to look at stories like this and picking them apart or supporting them. There's another problem with her story. Listen, she said that they there was music on in the upstairs bedroom. That's kind of weird because the party was downstairs. But let's take it. And they turned the music up so nobody could hear her, and then she locks herself in the bathroom and she can hear them talking going downstairs. What you think these guys did have just turned the music up so no one could hear, went over and then say let's turn it down. I mean, there's just so many flaws in what she does say. I just don't know what look I I it's very hard. I don't want to get into that whole last all, I gotta take a break. Quick break right back, will continue when we get back. Your calls are straight ahead as we continue broadcasting from the sewer from Washington, d C, your nation's capital. Uh, It's the Sean Hannity Show. As we continue with Joe the Geneva, Victoria Tuntsing of the Jenneva and Tuntsing. As we continue from the swamp, Washington, d C. Here's what we do know. We do know that if and again, if we're trying to be fair, and I think the Republicans were fair, and they think they took it seriously. Yeah, and by the way, I don't think you ever go wrong going the extra mile, especially with something this serious. But if we do know that she in the case of Professor Forge, she didn't know a day of the week, a location, how she got to or from the location where the crime took place. No corroborating evidence, no forensic evidence. If you don't know where it took place, you can't even go back thirty six years later. Uh. And I'm an avid watcher of forensic files. What they can now do and solve unresolved crimes from decades gone by is pretty amazing. And in sworn statements under penalty of felony, you know, every one of the people that she mentioned would say something said just the opposite or just don't remember it. So there's no in that sense that is over for that case as far as I'm concerned, unless we're gonna just believe guilt by accusation. But that's what they're doing. The Democrats say, now it's never enough. They want more FDI with just a week now is not enough? Yeah, even though even though the week proposed by Senator Coon's who has now as you can tell, disappeared. You can't find him now he's on a milk carton. Yeah, No, he's missing an action. After he got everything he wanted? What did what did Jeff Flake get out of this? Look? I don't think anybody can predict. With the FBI now handing over their findings in the Kavanaugh probe, um, you know, they still have not interviewed Christine Ford, but I would imagine the FBI has not doesn't need to interview Christine Ford. They have all of her testimony, don't they she's testified under oath for a very long period of time. No interview by the FBI is going to add a thing. Yeah, well, it gets very very tough and very scary. But I will say this, if we lose due process, if we lose the presumption of innocence, if it's guilt by accusation, this is not America anymore. Only for Republicans. Yeah, well, if they were consistent, they'd be demanding an FBI investigation in the Keith Ellison. Uh. And one need to Broderick's claim of rape Bill Clinton because it's not that far away from this time frame with under age of prostitutes in the villain the d r um. But it's interesting that they don't want to investigate any of these things, and their silence is deafening because it's not about the issue. It's about power and politics, sadly as usual. Um, all right, thank you both. Joe Degenefer, Victoria Tunsing eight D nine for one. Shawn told free telephone Number'll get to your calls.
