All right, glad you with us. Yes, it's Tuesday, and I hope you enjoyed your Memorial Day. You know what's cool? We don't you know? I was saying this um before the show. Nobody wakes up in America every day, goes ah, I live in America. This is the greatest. What I mean In other words, there are moments we're all quiet, more introspective, maybe our minds more settled, and you just think about the blessings, the gifts in your life, etc. But the reality of life is such which I think is a good thing, is that you just wake up and you're faced with reality. And reality is I gotta get up, Okay, I gotta get work, and oh I gotta take a shower. I gotta make the kids lunch. I gotta get ready for work. I got this meeting, that meeting, this call, that call. Okay, I gotta start researching this, this, this and this, and we just get moving. That's what most normal people do, you know, think of You know, you have kids, You wake up in the morning. The kids gotta if they didn't take a shower the night before, you gotta get them in the shower. You gotta get them dressed. You gotta get the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches made. You gotta put in the potato chips, the snacks and all that stuff quickly. Hurry up, hurry up, hurry up. In the interim, you're trying to shovel some black rifle coffee down your throat to get your day going. And it's like stress, dress, stress. Then you get in the car, then you get to work. Then immediately you end up wherever you work, and the pressures of that part of your day now begin as well. And you know, you think of the average person that makes this country great, they're gonna put in there. I don't know anybody that works eight hours anymore. I don't. I don't know a single person that works eight hours? Is there anybody listen? One of the reasons I buy this wonderful radio staff lunch every day is because I don't want them wasting their time going searching where're they're gonna eat for lunch? How about you? Or it in You can use either uber Eats or Grubhub, I think is the one that you guys use the most. And then this way, the lunch comes to you and while you're waiting for your lunch. You get to keep working while you're eating your lunch. Then you get to keep working. And then when we're done with work, then I don't care what you do when the show's over, but you think about it. So you'll spend your ten, twelve, fourteen hours at work. And of course the government takes half of it. There's such wonderful people. And now, of course the Democrats all running for president. They want a seventy percent top marginal rate for individuals, ninety percent for corporations. That would mean we die the economically in this country they're playing. Then a wealth tax on top of it. Then we'll get rid of what is the lifeblood of our economy, the engine of the economy, which is oil and gas. Them we'll all have to get rid of our combustion engines, but we'll have larging stations that will be built in their stead. And then we're gonna retro fit our homes. But they won't tell us how we're going to pay for that. And then they're gonna give us, let's see everything else for free. You're gonna go to daycare, that's free, literally from daycare the moment, we might as well just hand the kids over to the government. Here, you raise them because you're gonna take care of them from the moment they're born to the moment they die. That's your big promise. And then now we're going to include college. Nobody talks about how they pay for any of that. But they're gonna have free, guaranteed healthy food, free vacations. You're gonna have let's see, keep your doctor, your plan and pay less. How did that work out? Now you're only gonna have Medicare for all, except you're not going to legally be allowed to get your own private insurance. Good luck when that spirals out of control. And like the National Health Institute and Great Britain, all the greatest promises in the world. But if you're beyond your life effectancy and you need a new hip, or you need a new knee or some type of elective surgery to make your life better, well, if you pass that age, you're not going to be able to get it. And anyone says that, well, what about Canada? They have a single payer system. Okay, why does so many rich Canadians come here when they need a hard operation or any other sophisticated operation. But then in the end. So the bottom line is these things are not possible under what they are proposing. And as I thought about the Memorial Day weekend a little bit, and I know a lot of friends. You have friends, people have barbecues and you know, just a good time to just chilled, have a couple of beers, eat some steak, eat a hot dog. You know, the people that gave us this, they sacrifice it at all, I mean everything so that we can live. And I do believe this is a tipping point moment for this country. And o'reagan famously said we're just one freedom is one generation away from extinction. We're at that point now. And if you think of what would have happened had President Trump lost, well, we wouldn't have gotten rid of all these regulations. We wouldn't have gotten at tax cuts, we wouldn't be energy independent for the first time in seventy five years. We wouldn't start the process of protecting our borders. You know, we'd probably be given Mullahs in Iran and North Korea more money and more bribes, hoping that if we're nice to them, they'll be nice to us. So there are things in life. There are moments here where we all also have a responsibility, those of us that get it, those of us that see the corrupt news media for who they are, the agenda that they adhere to, the lies that they're so willing to tell, the conspiracy theories they're so willing to spend, the outright hopes that they would perpetrate on the American people. You know, So we know what they're capable of. But the life we have when we do stop and we slow down and we're enjoying a barbecue, is because this country, what makes us special and unique is our our own founding document declaration we are endowed by our creator. Rights are God given, they're not government given. You know Levine and his new book on Freedom of the Press. When I was interviewing him, we were talking about the great pamphleteer Thomas Payne. Thomas Payne once said, you know, where the guides and dictates of human conscience irresistibly obeyed, there'd be no need for any lawgiver. In other words, no need for any government. And as a great friend in talk radio, it was a mentor to me early in my career, Barry Farber would say, never in the history of Man as a country accumulated more power and abused it less than the United States. And I've added to that, There's never been a country there's an accumulated more power, not only abused it less. Nobody's We are not a perfect country, we're not a perfect people, but have used it for the advancement of the human condition. Look, the more I think about this and all that have paid the price for us to have these great Memorial Day weekends and great time with family and friends or whatever you happen to be doing, and enjoying your stake and enjoying your pasta salat and enjoying your hamburgers and hot dogs and cold beer or whatever you happen to be drinking. You know that was a gift that others gave us. And if Reagan is right when he says we're but one generation away from extinction, and then you kind of think about, well, they did try to rig the twenty sixteen election. We now know that's a fact. We know they rigged the investigation into Hillary Clinton because she did violate the Espionage Act. She did with the intent of covering up her crimes. She did delete the thirties three thousand subpoena emails, and she did bleach pit the hard drive and she had an aid bust up the devices and pull out the sistem cards. And all these people in the media to claim that they care about collusion, they won't talk about the Ukraine offering us at real evidence. They don't care about collusion when it comes to Hillary Clinton and her dirty dossier. They don't care about obstruction. Again, only if it's Donald Trump. You know, you got this fake news author out there. This was the biggest bust I've ever seen, now, do you know. I ran into this guy when he wrote the book you know, Fire and Fury, Michael Wolf. And Michael Wolf lied about me in his book an incident that we had shared once. He just lied and I saw him at this I think Hollywood reporter over. I don't know. I was given an award or something when you were picked for some list and I actually went, which I don't do, and I ran into him and said, why did you lie about me in the book? What do you mean? You know? It was very uncomfortable, I said, you light about what you said about me. So he's got another book coming out, and I guarantee the media's gonna run with away with this book. Here's the problem. You know, this one's called Siege Trump under Fire. By the way, it claims that Robert Muller drew up an obstruction of justice indictment against President Trump. Now get this, for only the second time has this ever happened. The Special Counsel's Office has responded and said that the claim is wildly inaccurate. Now it's fake news. CNN gonna put this guy on. All these networks gonna put this guy on. Are they gonna do what they did to his last book because it was anti Trump and building up? But the Special Counsel's Office to step up again, they only did this one other time before and say now it's wildly inaccurate. It's not true. And the media so desperately hates this president they wanted to be true anyway. But back to my original point, I'll get to that in a second. There are moments where I think the battles are different. You know, my father's generation, he spent four years in the Pacific after Pearl Harbor World War two, very unique and different. What happened in this case with our media mob these deep state again, just the few at the top, the upper echelon abused their power Hillary Clinton. I mean, what they did with the Physo Court is unconscionable. You don't lie to Phiso Court judges as a means of getting a backdoor spying operation into the opposition party candidate, which is what they did for the purpose of literally not only changing the results of an election, impact an election, stealing an election. Then they took it further than they used it to take down a duly elected president. And now they've been caught. But for those of us that are engaged in our day to day activities, if we want to keep and maintain that which so many sacrificed and died to give to us, well we have a responsibility if we see this abuse of power for what it is. If we see the lying conspiracy pedal conspiracy theory, pedaling media doing what they do, and we watch all of this to destroy the president we the people voted for, then we could lose the country. That's how serious all of this gets. And you know what I was telling a friend over the weekend was this is one of those all hands on deck moments. And every single person, every one of us in talk radio that gets it. Every one of us on television. There's not a lot of us that get it. Those of you that get it and understand both the media mob and how they lie, and you understand the abuse of power aspects of all of this. The American people have to We're all spokes in a wheel, and there needs to be more spokes in our wheel than they have in theirs. Otherwise they would fundamentally change this country to the core, and that puts this generation's freedom and future generations freedoms in jeopardy. This is what Reagan said, We are but one generation away from extinction. And it may not seem like a World War two style fight, because it's not. It's not a war where bombs are being thrown. But it is an intellectual war for the hearts and minds of the American people, and it's a it's a war for telling the truth, and it's a war for maintaining the constitutionality of this great public so we can pass it on to the next generations. And anyway, that's what I thought of over the holiday. All Right, this is gonna drive creepy crazy, sleepy Uncle sleepy, creepy crazy Uncle Joe, crazy, creepy Uncle Joe. So the New York Times paper of record, chief economists at Moody's Analytics has looked at twelve specific models mister Trump against creepy crazy Sleepy creepy crazy Uncle Joe wins in all of them. You know, you listen to the media mob the psychosis of hating Trump because Trump lives inside their brains and it never goes away. It's like Trump is alive in their twenty four to seven and they can't give up the addiction. So like you know, ever, like heroin addicts, and there's some of the that's like the hardest addiction. To break. Their hatred of Trump is like impossible. I don't even think we could design a rehab for these people who wake up and ever say, if Donald Trump cured cancer, they would hate him. If Donald Trump literally gave every American five million dollars, they'd hate him. If he adopted their agenda, they would hate him. It's so deeply embedded. So they've you know, they've been celebrating all these polls that show President Trump losing just about to every Democratic contender. Well, then somebody at the fake news New York Times actually committed an act of journalism over the weekend through cold water all over. The democratic euphoria and the combination of a strong economy built in advantages. By the way, they never report that part for an incumbent president gives President Trump a formidable advantage for his reelection bid. And Steve Rattner, who served as a counselor to the Treasury Secretary in the Obama administration, cited three separate projection models currently pointing to a win for Trump. One model by Ray Fair, as a professor at Yale, projects the twenty twenty vote share would be as high as fifty six percent given the economic boom. That does not account for voters issues with the president's personality, they say, Donald luskind of trend. Macro Alytics also reached the same conclusion in his examination of the electoral vote. Mark Zandi, the chief economist at Moody's Analytics, Well, he looked at twelve models and Trump wins every one of them. But don't tell the medium. By the way, where was Biden over the holiday weekend? He went a wall, and Politico is blaming the enthusiasm gap for Biden and his pathetically small crowds. Will tell you about that. The headline on the Drudge Report right in this minute is devastated fifty two tornadoes. The damage it shocks the cos. But we've had a string of these tornadoes just unleashing its fury all across estates like Ohio and Indiana, and our family or friends there, ripping apart communities and just leaving debrieze. As a two week wave of severe weather continued. What has just been unrelenting an assault on oh that part of the country which really makes America great. Oh, the ones that Alec Baldwin doesn't like. You know, that's where we smell a Walmart people live. But anyway, it is very serious. There has been deaths associated with us. Our good friend Joe Bistardi at WeatherBell dot com also wrote the book Climate Chronicles this. Why is this going on so long? Why does this keep happening? Well, we have a persistent pattern. You got to remember that we will just very warm like we were last May. There were fewer than one hundred tornadoes. I believe the entire month of May. It's when there is a lot of cold air around that you have to look out for that. So we've got this massive clash that's been taking place, and it was well telegraphed at the beginning of the month, you know, for those that were listening to us on what About we said, this is going to turn out to be a big tornado month because of all the cold air that was pouring into the western and central part of the country, the heat in the southeast, and that battle has been taking place now for two weeks. The good news is we've got this afternoon tomorrow and that's the bad news, and Thursday, and then you're going to see a marked drop off of this because that temperature pattern that's been hanging in here all of May is going to reverse. It's going to actually try to get warmer in the northern planes and the rockies cooler off to the east and southeast, and that is not conducive for a lot of tornado activities. So June may turn out to be normal or below. But the next next three afternoons, I'll tell you what, it's Katie bar the door. We have the biggest We have the biggest tornado watch I've ever seen. In Pennsylvania, the entire state except for Erie and Crawford Counties, is now under a tornado watch. We've got another one in northeast Kansas on into Missouri, and then two severe thunderstorm watches in between that, and so it's also very close to an ominous date May thirty first, nineteen eighty five, which is the greatest tornado outbreak northeast Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, and southern Ontario that is on record, and that particular tornado outbreak started going off after three or four o'clock. Sean, I always try to put things in perspective though the time. If you look at the list of the top ten deadliest US tornadoes, only one, Joplin in twenty eleven, has occurred in the last fifty years. There was a tornado in nineteen twenty five. It's called the tri State Tornado three hundred and twenty miles long two miles watch. It went through three states, started Missouri southern Illinois to southwest Indiana and kill close to seven hundred people. The fact of the matter is that the reason you're seeing is you get so much cold air on the wedding map, and we know that. You know, the atmosphere is naturally warming up in May. If you have a lot of cold air around, you're going to get big battles. And that's what you're seeing right now. Let me ask you this. I first started reporting on tornadoes when I was in Huntsville, Alabama, right and they had horrible ones prior to my arrival and since. But at Oklahoma. I know people in Oklahoma, I mean they have shelter, they have they prepare for it. We have what's known as what a tornado alley, if you will. But then there are other areas that are getting hit that are not known for tornadoes. What do those people do, especially if they don't have a shelter at their house, Well, you have to go to the lowest part of your house house. I mean, you know, for instance, my wife, uh two weeks before my son was born, was in Tuscaloose, Alabama, because she was a Penn State assistant gymnastics coach and they had a tornado and she she rounded the Penn State women's gymnastics team and stuck them in their hotel rooms, in the in the bathtubs and pulled mats over them. You know, they were pulling the beds over each other. And that's what you have to do. You have to find the lowest place in the problem is if your house, you know, if if you're talking about your house collapsing in on you, well, you know, it's yeah, it's still you're you know, very day, exactly right, you're exactly it's extremely dangerous. But here's the thing to remember too, that the reason so many tornado deaths are going down, and they have gone down quite a bit, is because Noah and the storm storm chasers are giving people warning. If you have ten minutes warning rather than ten seconds or a minute warning, you can get two three miles away and the tornado you won't be hit nearly as hard. So the real, the real bad things, when they come at night, I mean Shreveport and Lubbock, you can't see any close. No, you can't. And of course you're you're in the middle of you know, if it's ten thirty eleven o'clock at night, some of us are in bed. I realize you're not. You're up reading and I'm up looking at the weather. But the fact is that for most normal people, the nighttime ones are the real bad ones. Now this particular outbreak this afternoon across Pennsylvania. I'm looking at the radar right now, this could get really uh, but you think in chisty, Well, it's good for the people to be warned, especially if they don't normally get tornadoes. But by the way, historically, as you always point out, it's happened everywhere. Last question, you used to chase these tornadoes, right, you're you're storm chasing. Well, as a matter of fact, Uh, you're out chasing now. No, I'm not out chasing yet. But I've got a buddy of mine on a chase watch that's gone with me. Yeah, he's a fed state wrestling coach. He's really he's lived out in Iowa and he's into this stuff. But we stay away. They're translating to come. I mean, you know when we have planes the fly over hurricanes or the eye of a hurricane, and it's amazing what we can do and how your profession has saved so many lives over the years, because when you guys get it right and people make the proper preparations, um, they live. That's a good time. That's that's exactly right. Like I said. The National Weather Service, No, the se severe Storms Prediction Center is worth their weight in gold. He's got Norman, Oklahoma. I'm telling you right now because tornadoes, unlike hurricanes, tornadoes a bullwhips out of the sky. They based by the way I fell over. Remember when the tornado struck there. I know Toby Keith lived there, and I remember after it happened, not only flying over it, but I actually drove through the community. But from the sky you look at it, you can see the direct line that then the path of the tornado. One house is fine, the next house is devastated. Right, it's crazy. Well let me well, I got to stand with this. Let me just send with this folks perspective. And remember there's going to be a lot of hysteria over this. And two weeks from now when the tornado activity is down completely and we're just rolling through June, it all all died down as far as that, but they're going to be people said, this is a sign of you know what the whatever if it rains, it snows or doesn't, they and everything is you know, first it was the ice age coming, then it was global warming. Now it's just climate change, and it's the weaponization of weather. That's what it's it's really a game to see my see it, see it turned into this way. But in any case, stay safe this afternoon from the Central Plains all the way to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and uh that area down near DC is another place that we have to watch two later this afternoon, where I'm sure our government will be there. That's got to put a damper on in the minds of the left. Here's the weird thing. Where is Biden? Because is public schedule, he had no events over the three day holiday, none at a time when presidential candidates typically are marching in Memorial Day parades, meeting the troops, visiting you know, families of loved ones that lost family member, whatever. But Biden, literally creepy, sleepy, crazy uncle Joe, is not held a campaign rally since that flop that he had in Philadelphia, you know where Trump literally had tens of thousands of people show up and he could barely get a couple of thousand anyway. After attending fundraisers early last week in Florida, the Vice president just went dark for nine days now. Crazy Mayor Pete attended a Memorial Day rethlaying ceremony and went to a parade in South Bend. Bernie Sanders had a series of ice cream socials with voters in New Hampshire on Monday, outlining his anti war foreign policy. But Biden just issued a statement on Twitter that's pretty much it. Now. It's interesting to watch the medium mob trying to gin up at some kind of enthusiasm for Biden which has been missing, and he's getting crowds as small as Hillary as Clinton has gotten gotten when she was running against Trump. And they said that the reason Biden is drawing such pathetically small crowds on the campaign trails because his supporters just aren't all that enthusiastic about his candidacy, which means that Biden's strong poll numbers that doesn't mean that they're real. And we've been saying that from day one. This isn't Whatever poll you read now is meaningless. And by the way, even the election models I don't trust because whatever the issue or issues are going to be when people vote in November twenty twenty, we cannot definitively say we do know historically it's about peace and prosperity. If the economy stays as strong as it is, if the president keeps getting these trade deals with countries and all those wins under his belt, and also keeps this country on a strong footing, he's going to win, and he's gonna win by much bigger margins than they ever thought of. We have a lot of breaking news we're gonna get into tonight on Hannity on the Fox News Channel as it relates to the deep state. Interesting comment by Liz Cheney. And by the way, she's never been a bomb drawer. She's, you know, fairly reserved, quiet like her dad, former Vice President Cheney, very measured, thoughtful, and not somebody that would fly off the handle or any such thing, you know, like um the ad hominem Democrats, like you know, creepy Adam Schiff and the rest of them. Liz Cheney's a serious person, especially on foreign policy. She said over the weekend that the senior FBI investigators who perpetrated this Russia Gate hoax quote could very well have committed treason. Now you think about this, if you try to rig an investigation to save your candidate of choice, if you try to literally if you ignore and lie to a FISA court with unverified op research by one candidate that likely turns out to be Russian disinformation to spy on the opposition party to steal an election. Yeah, that would if that all has proven true and all this information is coming out, I think it would fit her definition. She said it to Martha Radditt's on this week, and that it's crucially important. You got to remember here you have struck in Page in charge of launching this investigation. But they're now blaming the attorney general, and we've got to stop this president. We must stop him. We know that, we saw that in the text messages. We have an insurance policy. All of that stuff is because, Yeah, we smelly Walmart voters, We irredeemable deplorables, those that cling to God Gun's Bibles and religion. Oh, we're not as smart as those few in the upper echelon deep state. They know better than us. And what I noticed over the week Byron Yorke had a great peace out, and the President given the order to classify these documents while we were on vacation. But you know, once and for all, finally we're going to get to see a lot of this information, which is great. But we're seeing the same old argument that the deep state is making. You know, they say, if the American people find out what's in these documents, it will compromise national security. No, it's not the American people when they see the level of lying deception that went before courts, the level of rigging investigations, the level of abuse of power, not only weaponizing the powerful tools of intelligence against the American people, but doing it to impact the outcome of a presidential election. Let me tell you something. These lines that they're saying are going to be meaningless. I mean, I'm even watching Brennan and Clapper both hitting the panic button. I'll play some of this later over Trump's order to declassify, and John Brennan and James Clapper are scared to death because of what they did there. We're not going to reveal sources and methods. We're going to protect innocent people. But there is a way to show the American people the depths to which these deep state powerful people felt that they could have used their power and corrupt our entire political system. It would have been the equivalent of a coup if they were successful, you know, and you can hear it in their voice, which we'll play in a little bit and much more. We're gonna get to all that. We also have, you know, with this declassification that came out last week, and the Attorney General, by the way, you know, battling with the press, battling with everybody because they don't want the Attorney General to do his job, which he's doing. And you know, despite the President giving bar authority now over the declassification of these documents, it's all coming. You know, he still have Hoober and his report, the Inspector General Horowitz and his report, now the Attorney General's investigation, and the investigation into well did Hillary Clinton get favored treatment? And the answer to all those questions we already known the answer. Now it's just a matter of when we get the information and the evidence, do we do do we have equal justice and application of our laws. That's what's going to matter here. The biggest story that to break when I was headed for the weekend was, of course the declassification, the order by the President to declassify these these documents that we keep telling you about, the Gang of Eight information, the FISA applications, the three O two's, the exculpatory evidence that we talked about at length last week, which is that they withheld specifically as it relates to the whole ru Shamuller investigation, which would have knocked it dead, and many of the things that are coming now. We have the Inspector General doing his investigation and that's on FI abuse. Then of course we have John Huber on leaking, and there's a lot of problems for a lot of these deep state actors that we talk about as it relates to leaking. Then of course we have this new guy that was brought in, mister Durham, and apparently he's been trying to get Christopher Steele, the spy that lied in the Russian dossier that everybody was warned about and used anyway, especially on the FISA applications. Anyway, what's been breaking now is that Christopher Steele refuses to cooperate with the US Attorney now looking into all of this at the request of the Attorney General Barr, who said he's investigating every aspect of this and the narrative, the story that we have been slowly been revealing to you for two years. Now we're getting all of the evidence. In other words, the curtain on Mueller has closed. It's over. The Attorney General has definitively said he is done. It's not happening. There was no collusion. We have four separate reports, the FBI investigation, House Intel investigation, Bipartisan Senate Committee, and now the Muller report. None whatsoever and by the way, no obstruction. And it's amazing. I can't wait to see what the medium mob does. There's only been one previous time when they have come out and they have said that's not true, and that related to an issue with the President, which by the way, they could have done a long time ago, which is why I don't think Mueller will ever testify. Mueller does not want to sit there and get grilled. When did he know there was no collusion? If he's investigating Taxi Medallion's loan applications and tax because his mandate was so broad, why did he not look into the fake dossier with The New York Times is now suggesting was Russian disinformation bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton. And when Michael Wolfe writes his big best seller, Fire and Fury, by the way, he lied about me in that book. I confronted him about that, he didn't have anything to say about it. But Siege Trump bund to Fire Well claims that Robert Muller drew up an obstruction of justice indictment. Now the media have been kissing this guy's ass, helped him sell a lot of copies of this phony book the first time. And I know because I was lied about it and help. And he claims Donald Trump doesn't like Sean Hannity. Okay, even if he doesn't, it wouldn't matter, but it's not true, and so claiming that Muller drew up an obstruction of justice indictment against the president. But Robert Mueller's spokesperson, the special counsel spokes pizza people only for the second time, which shows how profound this is said. The claim in Wolfe's book is wildly inaccurate. Wow, he lied in the first book and he lying in the second book. I was light about in the first book. I know firsthand, and when I have, of course they didn't want to hear it. So now we have the dossier author remember not verified, unverifiablele. You have Kathleen Cavalek warning the FBI Upper echelon Bruce Or August twenty sixteen warning upper echelon exculpatory information withheld purposely the person that paid for it. Well, they lied to the FISA Court Biomission in that case, and Christopher Steele in an interrogatory denies his own dossier. I have no idea of any of it's true. So now Steele refusing to cooperate with the US attorney John Durham. Now it's getting very interesting. Is to watch Clapper and Brennan freaking out. There Now ours methods and they're gonna nobody's gonna expose sources and methods. Nobody's gonna put anybody's life in jeopardy. The exact opposite of their position prior anyway, here to help break down what this all means. Greg Jarrett, he wrote the number one New York Times bestseller of the Russia Hoax, The Illicit Scheme to clear Hillary Clinton frame Donald Trump. David Shown Criminal defense and Civil Liberties attorney Greg. Look, let's start with the declassification. Let's start with John Durham and Christopher Steele. And let's start with them literally the Special Counsel's office. Only for the second time that I recall saying about a rumor not true. Well, almost nothing that Michael Wolf writes and reports is reliable. I mean, he himself is admitted he's not a journalist and he's not in the business of telling the truth. So what did he say in the beginning of his book, Remember he's made the comments something to the effect, oh, you know, some of those might not be true, and then the media went nuts. He's a fiction writer, yeah, and it should be sold under the category of pure fiction detective novel type stuff. And so why anybody would ever buy Michael Wolf's book is really beyond me. But I will say this about Christopher Steele and his refusal to cooperate if I were his lawyer, that's the advice I would give him. Because he lied to the FBI and he got fired for lyne to the FBI. Now that's a crime. Doesn't matter if you're a citizen of Great Britain or not. You've committed a crime against the government of the United States. He's in legal jeopardy. We could and should seek his extradition. Now the Brits probably wouldn't do it. You might be able to strike a teniment. Why would the Brits maybe give a songe over? Now it's interesting to watch when the media side. You know, if A Sane was not involved in the stealing right, and we have the Pentagon Papers case, which if you're not involved in either a conspiracy, have any knowledge of where the information comes from, you still a sixty three real famous landmark decision. You're still allowed to print it, right, Okay? If A Sands didn't conspire to well do this? Would that be dangerous? Now even the New York Times is worried about that. Well, there's two separate things here. First of all, the Trump Russia case, the hacking of emails of the DNC and other Clinton campaign people. That's completely separate from the charges he's facing, which is helping Chelsea Manning break a pass code to access national security information that has nothing whatsoever to do with Trump Russia investigation or the Clinton Separate matter, completely, separate matter. Now, the law does not protect you, even if you're a journalist. If you help steal information, it's theft, it's jeopardizing national security. If Hassange did that, he should be prosecuted. If he's simply the recipient of information, he's protected. It's interesting, though, to watch, David, and I know this is an area of law that you really care about, to see these editors scared to death because they want to publish all their anonymous sources like they've been lying to us and selling conspiracy theories for the last two years. Yeah, I know, you're a hundred percent right. The whole information game here is very interesting. Look think about and they broader picture all of these members of Congress screaming and kicking for the full revelation of the Mueller Report, as if they hadn't seen enough yet, even though you know, we know by law parts of it must remain confidential. But now how badly they're scrambling over the declassification issue. They don't want this stuff to come out, and this is a very stuff that has to come out. Michael Horowitz as an opportunity here with his Inspector's General report, to make a landmark statement in American jurisprudence. It seems to me if he really is hard hitting and exposes the withholding of the exculpatory evidence, the financial motivation behind what started all of this, and that this was a central part of our Justice Department in an effort to get Donald Trump, this will be a statement that will ring forever, I think, in history. And thanks to you, quite frankly for pushing these issues and for continuing to expose it, because if you in the American public lets this go, then there's not going to be a great cry for it, and they can hide it under the skin, under the rug. Greg's exactly right, by the way, when he says Christoper Steele's lawyer should never let him testify. You know very well that every one of these crooks who now caught with a head in the cookie jar, would love to make Christopher Steele the scapegoat, and that he lied to them and misled them. They didn't intentionally misuse him. Why do I suspect Great Britain doesn't want any part of any of this? Because is it possible that Brennan, Clapper and company perhaps outsourced intelligence gathering that would have violated US laws. To circumvent it, they got some of our allies to do their dirty work for them and just keep their hands clean. What's funny you're talking about this yet? They don't want the declassification, but they wanted a full, unredacted Muller Report, even grand jury materials. Listen, now, scared Brennan sounds here? How big a deal? Do you read the portion of the Executive world last night that appears to give Barr the unilateral authority to declassify. Well, I see it as a very very serious and outrageous move on the part of mister Trump, once again trampling upon the statutory authorities of the Director of National Intelligence and the heads of the independent intelligence agencies. And it's unclear to me what mister Barr actually is going to do. Is he investigating a crime, well, what's the predication of that crime? Or is he just going to be looking for information? I think, as you rightly pointed out at the top, that mister Trump can just give to some of his defenders on the right and cherry pick information that could be taken out of context. But I think more fundamentally, the concern is that very very precious and sensitive sources and methods of the United States intelligence community, as our partners and allies abroad, those who share the sensitive information with us. Is mister Barr who doesn't have an understanding of the equities involved. Is he just going to release information that he deems appropriate for mister Trump's defense. So this is very serious, and I know that my former colleagues in the intelligence agencies are looking upon this with great concern and worry. I think David's right, Greig, because they wanted the full Baller report, even the grand jury information. Now it's like, this is dangerous, wet, we can't get to the real information that well may expose things we did. People like Brennan out think about how scary a thing. Mister Brennan just said, he's relegating to the realm of just helping Donald Trump, and in his defense things like withholding exculpatory evidence. This man was in charge of an intelligence agency and he sees that as a procedural nicety that you could go after somebody and not reveal that you had exculpatory evidence, would have exonerated that person, would have undercut your source. That's the kind of person we had in charge of an intelligence agency. Shocking. And we just heard Brennan lie to the American people about the law, and he well knows the law. The President is the ultimate authority on declassification and classification. And I would be the first person to say, YEA never really sources and methods, right, But nobody's going to no, and the President wouldn't. But that's not what he's afraid of. No, of course he's afraid of the contents. This is one scared man because I do believe that he outsourced to the British government and other foreign governments the work of spine on American citizens. But James Comey said, even though he signed the first FISA warrant spy, that he never spied. The FBI doesn't fine. Most SBI agents are great. I'll let me tell you something, Rank and file FBI guys are furious. Rank and file intelligence people are furious because they would never do any of these these things ever. Because people like Comey and McCabe and Peter Strock and Lisa Page ruined the integrity and the credibility of the FBI. It'll take a decade to recover from that. All right, So, Greg Jarrett, where are we going next? If? In fact when not? If all this information comes out and Brennan is already freaking out, Comey's freaking out, all the deep state members have turned on each other, what's next? Grand jury is next? I think it's going to be a blockbuster report by the Inspector General Horowitz and I, you know, just on five alone, I do not see how it is possible legally not to have a criminal referral by IG two William Barr, who will then make the decision do we present this to a grand jury? And I think he might. Is there any chance John dorm already has a grand jury convened? I don't know the answer to that. Maybe maybe not, but I think soon, if not already, there will be one. Thoughts David cho Yeah, I mean I go to those I hope that the report will be a blockbusters again. It can be a landmark document. I worry whenever we're dealing with government officials if they sort of pull punches. But remember all of these people have long ties that go back. Michael Harwitz is an honest guy. Will it be as hard hitting as he needs to be? I hope. So there were things in the lasts report that were good and bad. They have to tell it like it is once and for all. Well, I think obviously the declassification means all those five buckets we talk about are coming out in some form, right right? I do agree. I think all of them will eventually come out. The only reservation I have about the Inspector General is he cannot force ex employees of the FBI like Comey and McCabe to testify. That's why you need the grand jury. It's getting fascinating. One person did see this coming very very very early, and he did work for fake news CNN at the time. And I would write, poor jeff Lord, because we've been friends going back from the what Reagan years were crying out loud, and we've known each other and I've always admired his hard work and his writing. I wrote my first column, never Ignored Donald Trump in June of twenty thirteen. Wow, And of course all sorts of people thought I had lost my mind. Yeah, I didn't think so. You know, I think the funny thing is if you really look objectively in discern and I had an opportunity over the longer weekend and talk to some friends. I mean, Donald Trump lives in the minds of all of these rage you know, psychotic media mob people, and lives in the minds of every Democrat. He lives there. He's he literally is set up residence and owns them. They obsess about him. Twenty four to seven. It's it's everywhere. I mean, Kaylee has to see this. I'm sure they're in all of their heads. And it doesn't make any difference whether they're in Washington or in some faculty somewhere or in the legal profession in these swamps, as I call him. He is driving them crazy. And Kaylor you experienced, both of you experienced this because you were over there at fake news CNN. That's exactly right. I mean, they're absolutely obsessed with President Trump. And what bothers them so much? I mean, what's tride and diagnose their illness their disorder with this obsession with President Trump. It's that they never saw the victory President Trump on the horizon number one and number two. Probably more importantly, this is a president that fights back paths. Republican presidents take the media slander, takes the media libel, lying down, a quietly move forward without counterpunching, but this president fights back and it drives them crazy. So they are triggered and they have one goal, and that is take down this president via impeachment and certainly taken down in the next election if it comes to that. But what really, I think both of you have picked up on it, and I think our audience has certainly picked up on this over time, is that this swamp was always real. The sewer is real, the establishment Republicans are real, the media mob is They are really a mob. And what's interesting is even those Republicans member the National Review, in their hostility to then candidate Donald Trump, all of a sudden, he's implementing every single conservative principle that he ran on, all the things we've said for decades since Ronald Reagan we wanted again and the success is predictable as well. And then you know, you watch them, they don't know what to do. They just they have so bought their own hatred of him. Well, how do they get back to, Oh, he did everything he said he was going to do. Those are the things we advocate for. But what do we do now? Because we've been wrong the whole time? YEF, Yeah, they have been wrong all the time. And you know, this is why they're so furious. I think about the President giving an attorney general bar the authority to release all these classified documents. I mean, some of these people, and you keep saying, you know, James Comey, call your lawyer or get a lawyer. I mean, this is serious stuff for these people, very serious stuff. And for people who wanted transparency all the time, suddenly they don't want anything out there right or they think it's going to be used selectively. I think that there's a reason for that. I think that the you know, the rats are leaving the ship and they're pointing at each other. Well you can see that with the deep state as well. I mean, all of a sudden, look what happened with them, and they're now turning on each other. You got struck in Page. They're turning on the Department of Justice, Loretta Lynch. Then you've got you know, James Comey's battling Clapper and Brannan at the same time. And then you've got McCabe going against everybody, and you have James Baker going against everybody. They're now turning on each other, Bruce or warning everybody, And as this evidence now comes out on a daily basis. You begin to see that they just thought she was gonna win. They thought they rigged it, that they couldn't lose. It's exactly right, and they don't. They don't have Loretta Lynch to cover for them. They don't have Jim Me to cover for them anymore. They've got Bill Barr. And Bill Barr has shown himself to be entirely interested in shining lights on the misdeeds of the Obama administration and the misdeeds that have been conducted over time that we all know about. That. You've documented your show every night that finally the New York Times picked up on and said, hey, there weren't there were just one human source. There were two. But it is baffling to me the lack of mainstream media coverage on this. You've been sending a line on it, and good for you some but it's just too bad that the rest of the mainstream media completely derelicts their journalistic beauty. Well, the first chapter one of the first actually chapter one in your book was fired by CNN, and both of you shared that experience. Jeff, Yeah, I mean, you know, I remember one night we were told that we were both going to be on together. Oh the Horror Office. You mean it wasn't gonna be Let's say, Van Jones, David axel Rod. I mean everybody hated you guys and jeff do you remember I would be texting you, how do you put up with this b S? And I'm like, tell this, tell Van Jones, I said, And I'm like, you know, and and if I saw a smile on your face when when they got back to you, I'd like, all right, he read it. I knew you, you know, yeah, yeah, it was fun to do it, you know, it was it was complete fun. And the and the president did it one time when funny it's time, and you know, I looked and during the commercial break, I looked and I saw it and that they're ganged up on that nice Jeffrey Lord, something to that effect. And so I said to the CNN people, said, uh, can I mention this on the air, And they looked at me and said, don't Pope the bear, Yeah, oh don't Who who got the most angry at both of you? That would be an interesting behind the scenes to me. Yeah, it's so called Republican women, And it's so interesting some of the folks state US who don't at all represent the Republican Party, which ninety three percent towards the president. Jeff and I were really the only two reflections of the Republican Party. We were the only two actually supporting the Republican nominee for president. So for me, it was the Republican women who are quite angry. It's part of the reason I asked for out of my contract. I said, I got to get out of here. Man, take me to the R and B take me to Trump World. I saw the writing on the wall, and Jeff, you know, two weeks later, shortly after you know, you were gone. So we were there together. Yeah, well you're there, and thank god both of you have moved on to better places here. But you talk about the education and Donald Trump, and I thought that was an interesting chapter. What did you mean by that, Jeff? Well, I think that overlooked advantages where he was born, which is to say Queens. He came up with this background in construction, which meant that as a kid he was out there on these construction sides talking to people all the time, the blue collar types as it were, and then later led this life of celebrity in Manhattan, which he got to know how the press works. And those two things have been enormous helps to him. And the psychology, his psychology is tremendous. I mean, he told me his father told him that the Trumps were queenspeople and don't go into Manhattan. And he says, so I was going to do it. And he says, I rented an apartment, I printed up a business card that said the Trump Organization, and I was the only one in it, right. And you know, he's telling me this is we're looking back at Manhattan as we ride in his car and he and he points over to one of the towers next to the United Nations, says, and that one's mine. I mean, it's but you know, there are certain no funnel story, but there are certain fundamental things we as conservatives have always believed that work and burden some regulation, lower taxes, get rid of job killing policies of the environment that don't do what they say they're going to do anyway. And look at what the president's doing incentivizing businesses to build factories, manufacturing centers, and look at we have a million seven more jobs available than we have people on unemployment, which is virtually full employment. Pennsylvania, your state. Jeffrey Lord is holding job seminars in prisons because they want these guys when they're released to go work for them. When does that ever happen? Where I go around here, Sean, there are for hiring signs, right, you know, help want it. They're all over the place. And that says a lot. I mean, at some point, I hope you come back the next year or so to Pennsylvania and spend some time talking to some of these regular folks here. I mean, these are the people that knew what was going on. And I would try and explain this to CNN, and you know, they kept telling me, you know, the poles, the poles, the poles. Meanwhile, on the ground here this was serious Trump country, you know. And the thing is is like, as they continue to dig down deeper after four separate exonerations, Kaylee, and no collusion, no conspiring, no conspiring to collude, no obstruction, and we have the FBI investigation, the House Intel Committee investigation, the Bipartisan Senate Committee investigation, and now the Mueller report, all they're doing to me is just they are paving the streets of reelection with gold and little flower pedals. So Donald Trump can walk right into a second term. Yeah, that's exactly right. It was actually quite comical when you first saw the Mueller report come out, that letter by Bill Barr, the summary CNN. They were saying, this is a complete exoneration. They had nothing else to say, but at the moment the facts in front of them, and then all of a sudden, Adams Shift comes out and says, oh wait, wait, but there was still collusion in plain sight, and all of a sudden, that's now the liberal media talking point. Gone with the facts. We will just say things that are completely false, that have no very and truthful utter the conspiracy theories right after our leader, Adam Shift and the Democrats, and you're right, it will fire. The American people see through it. They are smart. They can read the Muller report for themselves and see what it is in plain sight that there was no wrongdoing except on the part of the Obama administration. Is who engaged its fine? She is a sixty nine year old sufferer of COPD. According to numerous news stories at the time, she was assaulted at a Trump rally in North Carolina by Trump supporter Richard Campbell. The media played her story across the country for days. She was one of our activists up to bird dogs. Yes, so the term bird dogging. You put people in the line at the front, which means they have to get there at six o'clock in the morning. So if they're getting the front of the rally, so that when Trump comes down the rope line, they're the ones asking in the question in front of the reporters because they're pre placed there. To funnel that kind of operation, you have to start back with people two weeks ahead of time and train them how to ask questions. We have to train them to bird dogs, you know what I'm saying. We have mentally yelled people that we pay made the mistake. Over the last twenty years, I n it off a few homeless guys to do some crazy stuff, and I've also taken them for dinner. And I've also made sure they had a hotel and it's in a shower, and I put them in a program like I've done that. But the reality is a lot of especially in our union guys, it's not for union guys'll do oh yeah, do you want there rocking ball? When I need to get something done in Arkansas, the first guy I called is the head of the AFL CIO down the because he will say, what do you need And I will say I need a guy who will do this and this, and they find that guy and that guy will be like, yeah, hey, listen. The stuff that has come to us, information that has come to us corruption exposes that we never would have known about but for a Project Veritas and James O'Keefe he's the CEO and founder of Project Veritas. And think back all the years, all the heat, all the lawsuits, all the accusations. You know, everybody forgets sixty minutes made their living doing this kind of journalism. You know, where they would just go in and be taping people nobody knew they were taping. Mike Wallace did that four years as did other sixty Minutes original host back in the day. Now, if it's a conservative that does it, everybody's angry. A huge development as it relates to Project Veritas, considering all the heat that they take to show the corruption and hypocrisy of so many on the left. Anyway, A federal judge Wednesday threw out a libel lawsuit last week, obviously against Project Veritas and James O'Keefe. A woman who was assaulted outside of twenty sixteen Trump rally followed the suit over how Project Veritas depicted in a video the events surrounding her assault, and the judge, who was first appointed by former President George W. Bush, ruled that the video was protected under the First Amendment. According to the Asheville Citizen Times, North Carolina Now Well, while the Internet has broadened a number of variety and available voices in the marketplace of ideas, that has also served to undermine the public's confidence in the veracity of these sources. That's the judge, according to The Washington Post, when they cited a court transcript, that fine line has to be walked. And I think that walking that fine line required this court to take a close look at what our issues really are for the court and what issues are really for this jury and the judges. If I've gotten it wrong and the Fourth Circuit says that this is not what the law is, I hesitate to think where the First Amendment is going in this country. Now, this raises the important issue of the charges against Julian Assange. If you go back to the historic Pentagon Papers case, I'll give you a very short synopsis that won't bring in James O'Keefe here. The Pentagon Papers has to do with the history and role of the United States in Vietnam and literally from World War Two until nineteen sixty eight. That's what they're looking at. They were commit in in nineteen sixty seven by the US Secretary of Defense, guy by the name of you probably have heard, Robert McNamara. They were turned over without authorizations, in other words, an internal review report that was supposed to be secret, but they were turned over to the New York Times and later even the Washington Post got involved in this, and by a guy by the name of Daniel Ellsberg is a senior researcher he was at MIT. Anyway, the forty seven volume history had had approximately three thousand pages of narrative four thousand pages of documents took eighteen months to complete. Ellsberg worked on the project. Had been an ardent early supporter of the US Roland Indo China, but by the projects and he had become seriously opposed to any US involvement. He felt compelled to reveal the nature of US participation, and he leaked major portions of the papers to the press. Now this is where it gets interesting. June thirteenth, nineteen seventy one, The New York Times starts publishing a series of articles based on that study that was top secret classified top secret by the federal government. After the third run, the third installment appeared in The New York Times, the Department of Justice obtained a US District Court temporary restraining order against further publication of classified material, contending that further public dissemination of this information would cause immediate irreparable harm to US national defense. Interested, by the way, that's always a balancing act that has to be taken into account and taken seriously. Sources methods lives potentially at stake anyway, So depending on papers revealed, For example, Harry Truman gave military aid to France and their colonial war against the communists led you know, dictatorships around the world. Long story short, this became a huge defined case and what the court said, just to give you a quick summary here and it became press as long as the New York Times or the Washington Post was not involved in getting the information illegally, they had the right to publish it fast forward Julian Assange, fast forward, Project Veritas fast forward as ruling. And what it means is that unless they can show that Julian and Sang was involved somehow, some way in obtaining the things that wiki leagues published that would have been illegal, it's perfectly protected constitutionally and upheld by the Supreme Court. This is why this case last Wednesday with Project Veritas to me, coupled with the Assange issue, is very important. Now if, in other words, if you're not involved in the crime, the criminal aspect of gathering that information, but you're given that information and you work in the press, do you support the media is right to print it? Now? I have my own personal standard, which would be and I remember asking way way back, asans this question, if it would you publish something knowing you might get somebody killed, that you might reveal sources methods that put people's lives in jeopardy, and I remember, if I recall, he said no, and that brings us too, of course, James O'Keefe, how are you, hey, Sean grace to be with you today. All right, let's talk about your case in particular, because I do believe that these cases now, we're getting to a point where we're really going to have to define these issues, both the dangers and the freedoms that are inherent for everyone. In the media, in the press, well, they're shown there is a war waged on the First Amendment by some of the people opposed to me. And if I was the New York Times, well, let me put you this way. I'm going to quote the federal judge. This is an article re appointed for life federal judge in Federal District Court in North Carolina. It's Teeter versus Project Buretas. And the judge actually said in this motion to dismiss this case. He dismissed it on what's called a directed verdict, which is very rare that's right before the jury issues the verdict, the federal judge throws the case in a garbage can. And the federal judge said, if this case was brought against Mike Wallace, could somebody really have been successful? Or what if people have laughed? That's what the judge said here. So it's because of who I am they brought this against me. They would never bring a case like this against the New York Times or CBS News. Now, the facts in the case were I quoted Scott Fovil, the man you heard about five ten minutes ago on tape, claiming credit. It's his words, not mine, that this woman named Teeter was one of his so called bird doggers. This is his words, and it was newsworthy for him to claim credit for that woman. He said that she was inciting the violence of these rallies. He took credit for a lot of things. I published his words, and she, Peter, the woman, sued me for defamation. And the federal judge gives this unbelievable ruling and it's twenty pages long, and he's talking about Mike Wallace. He's talking about taking a sharpie marker to the First Amendment, and he throws the case out right before it goes to the jury for a verdict. It was an extraordinary Well, I want to read what the judge said here, because this is really important. I think if I got this wrong, I'd certainly like for somebody to tell me that I got it wrong. I have a little bit of hesitation in saying that that this time, because if I've gotten this wrong wrong the Fourth Circuit says that this is not what the law is. I hesitate to think where the First Amendment is going in this country. Wow, that was powerful. Yeah, the judge is basically saying there because this is a directed verdict, very rare. And the other side appeals it to the Fourth Circuit, which is one step above him, and he knows they're going to look at his so called homework, and he says, if they reverse my decision on this, I hesitate to think where we're going as a country. It's very rare for a federal judge to make that statement. And again, Sean, this would never have gotten to a jury trial if it was anybody else. They would never have sued someone and taking it to trial because I filmed a guy making a statement a very newsworthy statement because he works with Bob Kreamer, and Kreamer works with Hilary Clinton. Well, I think a lot of the lawsuits that you have had against your nuisance suits to keep you distracted, spend your money, and keep you busy and stopping you from working. In other words, if you're caught up with lawsuits at all times every day, not exactly doing your job because you have to devote a certain percentage of your time to what the legal matters are, you can't ignore him, which is why the first two plus years of the Trump presidency, you know, all the success in spite of daily having to deal with a special counsel investigation what the president called a witch hunt. I'm if I had to guess, it probably consumed half his day many days. Yeah, it consumes about thirty to forty percent of my time, our time, and our money to deal with these lawsuits. And by the way, Sean, they're all coordinated, something you'll see in the coming weeks as we release emails in the discovery process. They use the law as a weapon to settle political disputes, and that's wrong, and that's why we feel so vindicated in this case.
