All right, glad you with a slot happening today, and glad you're a part of the program. Right down on toll free telephone number. It's eight hundred nine for one, Shawn, if you want to be a part of the program. Uh New Kingridge has been weighing in heavily on the comings and goings of the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the U. S. Supreme Court. The FBI report is finished, and Republican after Republican after Republicans says there is absolutely no new information in this report, none whatsoever. Bob Corker actually said it offers zero corroboration, which, by the way, we knew ahead of time. Remember you know the Senate Judiciary, and and I don't often give Republicans in recent years, by any stretch, the benefit of the doubt, and I'm often more critical of them than Democrats. Republicans have handled this with the appropriate level of seriousness that this topic deserves. Knowing that there are evil people in the world, that there are predators, there are rapists, there are people that commit horrible evil and atrocities on a regular basis, it's scary. You're raising kids, you know all too well, but they did the right thing. They brought in a special prosecutor to to talk to an interview Professor Ford. Every consideration was given. Although one has to wonder why the attorney, of course recommended by Diane Feinstein, who never told Brett Cavana all the Republicans any of this that which he knew in July. Anyway, the attorney that's inconsistent on this important issue of our time. But anyway, Bob Corker even read the FBI report and he said it offers zero corroboration for Professor Ford's sexual assault allegation, and he will be voting to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the U. S. Supreme Court following this FBI background check that he said found absolutely zero corroboration of the allegations that have been made. Now, look, I told you from the get go, there was no way that there was going to be any other conclusion to this. For the following reason, when the Senate Judiciary Committee, when they finally got a wind of what Diane Feinstein and the Democrats knew back in July and that they hid from the Republicans when they got win and and the Washington Post piece published Professor Ford's account. Well, they sprung into action and they began their own investigation, and Professor Ford had mentioned that there were four people at the party where this alleged assault had occurred, and they did their due diligence and they interviewed the four people, and under the penalty of a felony, all four people went on the record, and some didn't remember the party in any way, shape, matter of form, including Professor Ford's one of her best friends. And Professor Ford had identified Mark Judges the one guy that would have been an eyewitness to this alleged assault back thirty six years ago. He said it absolutely positively did not happen. And then when the Democrats, you know, and you have Senator Snowflake going along with Senator Coon's and all, we just need a limited just limited in scope, just a quick, short investigation FBI. They should be able to wrap it up well in this case, and we'll talk about the other cases as well well. In this particular case, we don't have a place, we don't have a time, we don't have a location, we don't know the house, we don't even know the exact year, to be honest, anyways, so they had very limited room to to corroborate Professor Ford's story and what they the only available venue for them or avenue for them to pursue this case. Remember, they were never gonna make conclusions or recommendations. That's what we learned from Joe Biden back in. Anyway, they sprung into action. They went out. We already had Professor fords uh testimony now multiple points. You know, even though there was some inconsistencies between her testimony before the Senate and her tests and the account that she had given to the Washington Post, and her attorney failing to hand over any evidence as regards in regards to how the polygraph was administered or any of the therapy notes that they willingly handed over to the Washington Post. They would not hand that over to the FBI. So Deborah Katz, who was the liberal activist attorney for Professor Ford, who's donated tens of thousands of dollars to liberal causes and candidates, and she's the one that set off Paula Jones. Come on, it was only ten to twelve minutes. I mean, that doesn't constitute any type of workforce sexual harassment. Well, that shows she's not consistent on the issue. That was the person recommended by Diane Feinstein, who's making the recommendation while she's meeting privately with Judge Kavanaugh and not telling him a thing that any of this is going on. That's the left wing activist lawyer that that Professor Ford hired. I don't blame her. I mean, Diane Feinstein was the one that suggested it all anyway. So the only avenue for the FBI to pursue in the case of Professor Ford was to ask the four people that are ready testified under the penalty of felony the same questions that you would normally ask, were you there, do you have a recollection? No? No, no, no no. And Mark, Judge, you're supposedly an eye witness, did you see this behavior this account of Professor Ford's happened. No. And after that, I don't see any other area where the FBI has any investigative tool available to them to go down and discuss the story's are ready been told by Judge Kavanaugh. Is his passionate denial, and the story had been told in varying accounts in the Washington Post, and when Professor Ford testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee, it wasn't that hard a job for the FBI? Democrats are now the fixes it? What are you talking about? What? What else can they do at that point? What other investigative tool they have? If somebody makes a serious allegation about a serious crime committed, and they identify an eyewitness in the room at the time of the alleged attack, and the eyewitness denies it, the person that has accused denies it, there's no other venue, avenue of of investigation that they need to go into. But they went further. Even though The New York Times had well a lot of problems with Ms. Ramirez Is story. This is the this is the case that happened that was printed by the New Yorker, remember that particular case. And in the Ramirez case, she was claiming, well back in the first year, when he was a freshman in college, that he exposed himself to me. Well, after the New Yorker piece came out in the New York Times, they went out for over a week interviewing their words, not mine, dozens of people, all in an attempt to corroborate the story of Ms. Ramirez. New York Times reported they could find no one with firsthand knowledge nobody New York Times doesn't like Donald Trump. And then they also pointed out a bit of information that was a little bit scary, and they found out that Ms. Ramirez herself had been contacting former Yale classmates asking if they were called the incident, and told them that she could not be certain if Mr Kavanaugh was the one who exposed himself. Well, I hate to say it, based on her own words at that point, that's it. That case is over. Add to it her own admission that she quickly became inebriated, inebriated at the party, that she was foggy, slurring her words, and admitting in her own words that she had significant memory gaps from the evening. So the New York Times couldn't corroborate the story. And of course we've got door number three, Allegation number three, and that was the case of Julie sweat Nick. This is the woman that is being represented by the Attorney of the Year for the Democratic Party, Michael Evanati. Anyway, a lot of credibility issues as it relates to her, and we saw all of her allegations blow up as she backtracked big time on her story in an interview that I don't think ever should have aired on NBC News because she gave the names of four people that she said would be able to corroborate her story, and well, they couldn't find two of them or they wouldn't respond. One is dead and the other one said she don't don't even know who Julie sweat Nick is. I've never heard of this person. So that story fell apart. And he had an ext boyfriend that had filed the restraining order against her, And I'm not going to go through a whole bunch of credibility issues that she has. You know, I have a lot of facts evidence that what she's saying is not true at all from a former boyfriend. And well, anyway, and that was the third allegation, where are you supposed to go from here? I remember Ms. Weatneck was claiming that on a regular basis, almost a weekly weekend basis, it almost happened on a weekend basis, that these boys, including Brett Kavanaugh, as a teenager in high school, that they were regularly happened off in almost every weekend she was at ten of the parties, that they were literally drugging girls against their will, making sure they got inebriated and incapacitated, and that they would line up in the halls, the boys and the boy he's would then gang rape these girls. And it happened again almost on a weekend basis. And then it became in the interview. Well, I don't know if he spiked the punch, but I saw him give out red solo cups once and I saw him near the punch bowl and lining up in the hall. Well I didn't they weren't exactly lined up in the hall, but I saw him in a hall. This is not anything that would hold up anywhere under any significant scrutiny. And the FBI has done the best that they can do. And it's interesting that all the people that have been demanding all these FBI investigations, they don't want an FBI investigation into Keith Ellison, and the number two guy at the d n C always now thinking of resigning his position as the number two guy at the d NC. Not one person, not one Democrat angry today that the FBI investigation didn't go on in in perpetuity. Yeah, And that we're gonna get a vote finally on Saturday, up or down if if Judge Kavanaughs, if we if this stands what they have done here without any corroboration in any case, and I'm not even talking about the outright lies that were told and stories that were created and pushed into the media. But if you if we're now going to convict people based on accusation, guilt by accusation, or as Spartacus Corey Booker said, well, I mean, if there's enough accusations either we can't put them on the court. Well, based on his own words when he was a teenager, which I've read on this program, he doesn't belong as a U. S. Senator. So my hope is that just beyond vicious partisan rancor that is going on, beyond the accusations, we don't lose sight of what this moral moment is about in this country and ultimately ask ourselves the question, is this the right person to sit on the highest court in the land for a life time appointment? Ultimately, not whether he's innocent or guilty, this is not a trial, but ultimately has enough questions be raised that we should not move on to another candidate? I mean, just based on the allegations, is that the is this now the party that doesn't believe in the Constitution, the rule of law, do process, presumption of innocence. And this is a guy that admits to being a jerk when he was a teenager because he wrote about it. And where are the calls to interview? Have the FBI interview wanted to broderick all the same people, sanctimonious as they are, upset as they are. If we allow this to stand, and it's gonna come down and we're gonna get into some polly. This anger that is and righteous indignation has energy Conservatives, Republicans, even never Trumpers, believe it or not in ways that you know they could never have had happened on their own. You can thank the Democrats for this, and it's going to have an impact. Thirty three days from now, we'll get to all of that. New Gingrich is gonna weigh in on this, and what will Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, and Jeff Flake do? What about mansion? Heidi hi Camp is out. The only possible Democrat now that could vote for Kavanaugh is Joe Manchion of West Virginia. That's a Trump plus forty two state in West Virginia. That's gonna be interesting right as we roll along, Sean Hannity Show. A lot of news we have going on today, All right, FBI report is now in. Senators have seen it. I love the Democrats. Actually, this is a cover up, a cover up of what with all the time seventeen days and we know that they've known about this since July? Who is covering up? What? What did the FBI cover up? Beyond asking the four people identified by Professor Ford that that we're at the party where the alleged attack occurred, what else is there to do when you don't even know the location? What are you supposed to do? In the case of Ms Ramirez, who I just brought up, or in the case of Julie switt Nick, who's changed her story dramatically and backtrack dramatically in an in an interview, mentioned people to corroborate that they don't even know who she is, or they're dead. There's nothing left now. Jeff Flake and Sue Susan Collins this morning if if there's any indication on how they're gonna vote, those two votes are needed. Lisa Murkowski has said she doesn't know yet, she hasn't read it. She wants to take time and actually read it in full. Blah blah blah blah. But Flake said that the new FBI report on Kavanaugh has failed to corroborate Professor Ford's allegation of sexual assault against the Supreme Court nominee. He said there's nothing in the FBI supplemental background check to corroborate the claims from Ford, which threw Kavanaugh's nomination into turmoil. And he said he agrees with his fellow GOP Senator Susan Collins in viewing the FBI report his thorough and failing to back up fords claims the Kavanaugh assaulted her at a house gathering in nineteen two. I think Susan Collins was quoted as saying it's very thorough. No new corroborative information came out. There's nothing left for the FBI to do. There's no cover up here. Alright to the top of the hour. Remember the all the Democrats wanted was the FBI. That's I just we give the FBI. They don't even need a week. Come, we give the maximum limited scope. Let's just get to the bottom of Professor Ford's allegations. Now they're angry at the FBI now they're saying that the fixes hit, that this is somehow rigged in some capacity. You know, the words they're using is you know there's a cover up. Yeah, he's not covering anything up. Well, we didn't. They didn't interview Professor Ford or or Judge Cavanaugh because they've been on the record again and again and again. That's not how you corroborate the veracity of Professor Ford's claims. You know, there's a certain segment in the left today and we've been we gotta understand this. So many people rushed to judgment in this country. I've told you by Richard Jewels story. He was listening to me the day that he was accused by the Atlantic Journal Constitution of fitting the profile of the lone bomber because he lived with his mother. And I'm on air at the time and I'm like, that's ridiculous. What does that mean? He fits the prole, he lives with his mom, he fits the profile. Wasn't true, Ducal Cross, I was right. We were right not to rush to judgment, while so many others did. UV. A. Ferguson, Missouri, Baltimore, Maryland, Cambridge Police Trayvon George Zimmerman. Everybody thinks they know nobody wanted a Vet Obama though because of course he was the anointed one. Ever since Donald Trump has been president, and since before he's become president, we now know they didn't care that they They Hillary not only got a rigged, fixed investigation into real obstruction of justice beyond any case, the biggest slam dunk guilty case ever, and it got rigged by the FBI that preferred her over Donald Trump. One agent struct saying, oh, she should win a hundred million of zero, and she gets, you know, her donor's money, funnels it through a law firm, hires a fusion GPS and OP research group. They hire a foreign national, which I thought was bad to have influenced our elections. A series of of documents come out. It's known as the Dossier, and the Democrat Rats, members of the Deep States spreading their lies, Donald Trump, hookers, Riz Carlton uring urinating on a bed. It's it and and so many people fed that light of the American people. How when are we gonna stop rewarding people for what is their playbook? Every single election season, Democratic Party of Missouri elect Republicans crosses are going to burn, whether James byrd Ad or al Gore you know before predominantly black audience. Republicans have the wrong changes as tone Caden's voice agenda for African Americans. They don't even want to count you in the census. A lie, dirty year, dirty water, misogynist Mitt Romney, Binders of women killed Grandma, Paul Ryan throwing granny over a cliff. I want to kill children. They only want to increase medicare seven percent a year, not ten percent a year. That that means they want your grandmother to die. They don't support extreme environmentalism that makes American business less competitive. They want dirty air and water. There has been a collective left wing meltdown. They have now have been now collectively the media, the Democrats, bordering on utter psychosis as it relates to all things Trump. These are fundamental and basic American principles that should apply to all of us. The presumption of innocence and due process. You know now, uh, Professor Ford's attorney. Now, well, now they claiming they have new witnesses to corroborate the testimony. Well, why didn't she mention it before the Senate a week ago? Or why didn't she mentioned it in the Washington Post. You know then, Now now there's an outright attack on the FBI by the very people that defended even Comey and Struck and Page and McCabe and some others. You know, the lawyers, the liberal hack, Debra Kat's lawyer, that Diane Feinstein helped the arrange for Professor Ford, that didn't believe Paula Jones and supported Al Franken. Investigation conducted over the past five days is a stain on the process, on the FBI and our American ideal of justice. No, the stain is the fact that that so many people rushed to judgment, no presumption of innocence, guilt by accusation. I believe this person or that person, but you know nothing about any evidence in the case. You've made a decision. Now it's now beginning to show up everywhere in the polls. President today as his highest approve rating at fifty Rasmussen by nearly two to one margin. Voters agree that Judge Kavanaugh's treatment is a national disgrace. Now we see what the Fox News poll, This big blue wave we heard is about to crush us in thirty three days. You know, they're they're now calling it the Kavanaugh effect, and it's impacting Democrats all across the country. Quinnipiac Pola. The Democrats generic generic ballot lead per house races cut in half. Literally almost a dead heat at this point because you have to thank Chuck Schumer and company for rushing to judgment and and being willing to bludgeon and character assassinate somebody without any evidence of corroboration. You've got a significant uptick in GOP interest in all five states surveyed. Missouri Senate race is now dead even and for uh an incumbent to only have thirty three percent, that means that Claire McCaskill at this moment is losing. In North Dakota, Heide High Camp is down by eleven. You've got a dead heat. In Indiana that wasn't the case. We're gonna find out what happens there. And I'd say the same thing for Joe Manchion. We'll see where he goes. And I think important races in Arizona, Martha McSally, Dean Heller in Nevada, Rick Scott in Florida. You know, but all these congressional races matter too, because we know what they want to do. They want to They want to have endless investigations just like this one that'll start if Democrats take over the House and Pelosi's the speaker and Maxie Waters chairs committees, and Chuck Schumer's the head of the Senate, the Senate majority leader. All the progress on your economy, say goodbye to all of that. New survey today more Americans getting pay raises more than ever before. In a stunning turn, the Republican quote base has awakened. Is the article the headline, and a Blaze dot com report in July of Democrats said that the November elections were very important. Only sixtent of Republicans said that, Well, now it's two of Democrats saying it's very important and Republicans and now at yes, you can thank Democrats for pissing off. What is a built in to the core fundamental fairness that exists in the American people. It's within the margin of era. The Senate race out in Arizona, it is an exact tie. Now in Missouri as well, that's a dead heat. And if you look at it in Arizona, it's a two point race. And this is getting pretty interesting as you go through all of these states. It's now a two point race. In Indiana, Michael Braun is catching up to Joe Donnelly, who's a no Claire mccaskell, and no On Kavanaugh. These are people that rushed to judgment in cases like this. And we're gonna watch all of these Senate races and watch them all very very closely because it's gonna matter. North Dakota, forget it. It looks like it's over for Heidi high Camp. Kevin Kramer is up fifty three forty one today in a new poll that came out. We have a poll that came out in Tennessee. Marsha Blackburn is now up by five. She was trailing by four. That's an important race. Marsha would be a great senator. By the way, if you're in Tennessee, she needs your support big time. If you look at all these races, they're all close, and it's all gonna come out to turn out. And it seems Republicans are finally understanding that there's no vision, there's no plan or policy that's gonna make the lives of the American people better that anyone's proposing. Here's an interesting sidebar. I want to play this ad from the American Civil Liberties You and you're not spending it over a million dollars comparing Brett Kavanaugh again, no presumption of innocence to people like Bill Cosby and Clinton. Listen, We've seen this before, denials from powerful men. I did not have sexual relations for that woman. I've never seen anything like this. I categorically and unequivocally to deny the allegation against me by Dr f America is watching and as we choose a lifetime seat on our highest court, integrity matters and we cannot have any doubt. Senator Gardner opposed the confirmation of Judge Kevanagh. All right joining us now now that ad is being run by the a c l U. By the way, Alan Dershowitz lit them up the other night on TV. Mike Myers as a is a longtime writer in the New York area, and believe it or not, I think he's far more conservative than he will ever meet. Admit, but he actually was on the what were you? You were the vice president? Weren't you for a period of time from two thousand and five, remember the National Board of Directors the a c l U from one to two thousand and five, I was also a vice president of the a c l U and I was a voting member of the executive committee. Yeah, well, I guess you're gonna say the real fair people. I am, as you know, I'm a liberal. Damn. How do you how do you grade Trump's performance as president? I don't Is America better off than it was two years ago? And I my organization and the Civil Rights coal is is truly non partisan. But that you can answer that question do you think that Donald Trump has done a good job? Until you want to answer the question about what the hell is the a c l you doing? Well, you up on the national board from one to two thousand and five, tell us what are they doing? You supposed to be a nonpartisan organization, and it is non partisan except when they're not, and more often they are not. The a c l U is now become a part of the resistance movement, the leftist progressive organizations that have cited on this against Donald Trump, and they are not. They used to be on the side of the presumpi of inscence. They used to be on the side of the accused that the accused of been right to contest charges to confront witnesses against him. No, now they're not. So the a c l U has been hijacked by the left wing crazies luetics. And as a member of the a c l U long time, since I was a youth, since I was in high school, we are embarrassed by the a c LU. So it's not just Alan Dershowitz who is calling out the a c l U. Some of us have been calling out the a c l U now for years because let's have changed the organization. You know, I've been in this business way too long because I was broadcasting in the in the Atlanta area when the Olympic bombing happened, and I learned a lesson when everyone else rushed to judgment against Richard Jewel. But we've seen it with Duke Lacrosse. We've seen it at U v A. We've seen it in Ferguson, Missouri, in Baltimore, Maryland, and Cambridge and Trey Van and George Zimmerman, and I think there was a rush to judgment to never vettle Obama either. But you know where we we take our time and we look for is there any corroboration? Do you see any corroboration and professor forward story too often, the a c l U has become knee jerk. They would knee jerk with the tray La Martin situation. They immediately so was Obama exactly they started with Obama. I'm telling you the a c l U is a pause and organization. But here's my question. Do you see any corroboration to the stories of any of the three main women, not the other stories that have already been debunked because like brit Havanaugh never went to Rhode Island in his life. Look, I think they had. All the so called witnesses have either been debunked or contradicted. So I don't understand the a c l use opposition to a nominate for the Supreme Court when there used to be their policy is to not to take a position on What does this tell us about the Democratic Party? To all arguing there a party that doesn't believe in due process, the Constitution, and the presumption of innocence. Apparently they believe in people who who don't believe in the things that we used to believe in, and we used to believe in freedom of speech, we used to believe in presumption of innocence. We used to believe in due process of law. We used to believe in fairness, fundamental fairness. Now you have to believe what they believe, and you have to assume guilt. You have to assume guilt about people who are on the different side a point of a point of view, on a different side of the political issue. Do you see the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh happening in forty eight hours or where do you see this going? That is up to the United States Senate? And um, I tell you that based on what you and I have read and based on what we know. UM, I don't understand why the vote hasn't been taken already except there is a procedural They're just going through Senate procedural stuff. Vote, vote for cloture. They're gonna have thirty average of the blocks that this Democrats keep putting up because it's it's not enough. Now they have they want the FBI investigation. In my day, the liberals didn't believe in the FBI. They thought the FBI was corrupt. They what the FBI was in terms of coin to most guys in the FBI. Let me just tell you, most people in the FBI, the CIA, intelligence community. These are heroes that keep us safe, even though there was a few that we know abuse power at a spectacular level. But all right, Mike Meyers, thank you power too. Don't forget that. That's when do not disagree. I'm not disagreeing at all, concerned about the FBI, but now along the FBI is on this side. If the FBI sides with the other side, no, they just got to follow the law instead, stop being political and stop you be using the powerful weaponry of intelligence to go after the American people. That is, to me, is you know, very civil libertarian of anybody. All right, Mike Myers, thank you. What I've been dealing with since July tenth, the downhill slope that Schumer has put us on, is really dealing with the demolition derby and we're they just about destroyed a good person to be on the stream court soul. Hopefully we're forty eight hours away from having a new person on the Spring Court. Senator Truck Grassley, the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, glad you're with us. Our to Sean Hannity show right down our toll free number. It's eight nine for one. Shawn, if you want to be a part of the program. As now, they have moved ahead last night during Hannity the TV Show with cloture and we should have a final vote up or down confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. And after the FBI report came back and basically just confirmed what the Senate investigation proof, which is of course that there is no evidence, no corroboration to any of the allegations against Judge Kavanaugh. Here to go through what has been a horrible seventeen days for him and his family. I don't know if he ever gets his good name back in the end. I don't think people will ever forget what he has gone through and the allegations that have been made against him, his former Speaker of the House, New Gingrich. And this of course all with the backdrop thirty three days from now the most important mid term in election in our lifetime. Mr Speaker, Thank you for being with us. The FBI report is back now. The Democrats want more FBI investigations. Nothing seemingly will ever satisfy them. I thought, first of all, its great that you rashly on the air. I think he and Lindsey Graham with the two Republicans who did the best job of getting us where we are now. I get the impression you you may have more information than I do, but I get the impression from what Senator Flake said earlier today that he is now believes that there's nothing there, that the FBI found, nothing to corroberate. And so I'm optimistic that we're gonna get all three Republicans, which should be a terrific moment. And what guarantee, of course, the confirmation of a new Supreme Court justice, and what I think is a great victory for the American system in the American sense of fairness. I just think to have Judge Kavanaugh validated, to have him sworn in, to have his family be able to realize that he is now a Supreme Court justice, would be such an act of decency after all of the viciousness that I'm really looking forward to it. The results are now in im polling, and we're seeing it in the Fox News poll that now shows that Heidi hi Camp, who was a no on Judge Kavanaugh in North Dakota, sheat down by eleven. It's gonna be interesting to watch what Joe Manchin does. Donnelly in Indiana is a no, we know. Claire mccaskell is a no. We uh have a battle going out. Martha McSally, I think is a great Senate candidate for Arizona, served her country with incredible honor and distinction. And in Dean Hella and Nevada, and Rick Scott in Florida. But these numbers today are interesting, as President Trump's approval rating is now matched as all time high at and more importantly, we've got a raspuestion poll that says, well, the latest survey fifty of likely voters agree with Judge Kavanaugh's statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee Friday of last week that his confirmation hearings had become a quote national disgrace. Well, then it raises questions about what impact this might have on the mid term elections in thirty three days, because mid term election polling is getting more definitive. The enthusiasm gappeds has closed almost to a dead even halt, and you see Republicans and important Senate races now and dead heats in all of these states that red states where we're Democrats, where Trump is won by fairly big margins. I'm look, I'm gonna go stage further. I think when we see that moment when Judge Kavanaugh becomes Justice Kavanaugh, and we see that first time when he is sitting in the Supreme Court, I think a large part of the left he's just going to collapse in morale. They have done everything they could. They went all out, They lied, they smeared, they did everything you can imagine, and they lost. And I think that the morale effect on the left is going to be substantial. A Chuck humorous strategy failed, and the fact is that he in the process, he may well have crippled his party for a generation. Uh. A good friend of mine called today and said, you know, there's one team out there trying to build things. They're called Republicans, and there's one team out there trying to destroy things. They're called Democrats. And he said to me, I just don't think people Americans are going to vote for the destroyers. And I thought that was a pretty good way to capture what we have been living through. I have often said, and we've been friends going back since maybe even a little before that, and I have often said, you can predict this with certainty every two and four years, that identity politics. You know, it's rich versus poor, old versus young, black versus white. Whatever divisive nature of politics they can bring up comes up every election year. But they have now sunk to a new low. You know, I knew this was not going to be a difficult job for the FBI. In the case of Professor Ford. There was no place, there was no time, there was no location, there's no place for the FBI to visit to to look for anything forensically that might exist. And the only four people that they could really talk to are the four people. Professor Ford mentioned that she remembered being at this this so called party when the alleged event happened, and she identified one person that was supposed to be a eyewitness to the assault, and the eyewitness said that did not happen, and the other people do not remember any such party as this. And then the question is do we believe in the presumption of innocence or we just gonna jump the gun and say guilt by association. Corey Booker said something spectacular yesterday and he goes, well, if there's enough allegations out there, I mean, you just you gotta kind of believe it. And they're not qualified based on allegations. Well, look, let's be clear, Corey Booker sadly somebody who I used to think at a real future as a reformer. It's just sort of decayed. I mean, I don't know whether it's because he wants to run for president or what, but he's just kind of decayed into almost making a mockery of himself. Me. He talks about having a Sparticus moment, which is a sign of such stunning historical ignorance. As a history teacher, I found it painful. Um, he makes comments like that. I mean, he of all people should know that if allegations destroy you, uh, then the whole process of the rule of law collapsed, is over totally. And it's sad to watch something like that. You know, I think could have been a positive, constructive force and is now frankly becoming almost a caricature of himself. There's certainly a lot at stake in in the next thirty three days. And you know, there's other good economic news that have come out today. I mean, on top of record low unemployment in fourteen states, African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, women in the workforce, uh, youth unemployment fifty some odd year low. Uh, we have consumer confidence all time high, four million new jobs created, four million fewer people on on food stamps. You see what the President's accomplished with NAFTA, the new NAFTA, the new trade agreement with Mexico and with Canada. You see that he has eliminated burdensome regulation. We can now drill an an war in the forty eight states. Uh. He is literally single handedly saved coal mining in America. And of course natural gas production will now be at an all time high. And we have a Wall Street Journal piece today showing more Americans getting pay raises than ever before. That's the forgotten men and women that mattered in the question is will they all go out and vote to protect the progress that has been made in the last two years, even maybe if they don't particularly like their individual Republican congressmen, or maybe think they're weak, or maybe don't even know who their name is. Well, you just put your finger on the key question of this election. As you know, I've been involved in many, many campaigns, actually going all the way back to nine and one of the one of the lessons I learned was I don't care about the polls. Show me the precincts. I want to see the first real votes. I want to see who cares enough to show up and vote, because that changes everything. As you know, we just won a uh Hispanic district in a special election for the state Senate in Texas right down along the border. And this we had a candidate who got lost by twenty points four years ago, came back in the special and one um and is the first Hispanic Republican state senator in Texas. And that's because people were energized enough to turn out. So I would say to everybody in our audience, but this is going to come down to isn't polling, It isn't a conversation at the coffee shop. Who cares enough to get an absentee ballot? Who cares enough to show up and vote? And if our side does show up in vote, I think this could be one of the most historic elections that you and I have ever covered. We've been together for lots of elections. I have a hunch this one could turn into something that we would the rest of well behind the scenes. I got to give you a lot of credit because I remember speaking with you. You probably forget it. The day before you became Speaker of the House, and I remember talking to you that day and the day of the election, and and you were surrounded by a group of people and Joe gay Lord, and you actually shared with me the information you had and you said it was absolutely true that for the first time in forty years, Republicans would take over the House. I think you and I were two of the few people willing to go out on a limb and said, yeah, Donald Trump has a real shot of winning this election. And and people laughed at us at the time, and I believed it then and and we proved out to be right. We also, the both of us predicted Obama would be an abysmal failure as president based on a very rigid ideology that he seemed to be indoctrinated into. And I agree with you. I think there's an opportunity here to shock the world again. And the for the people listening to this audience, they're gonna tune in thirty three nights from now watching election results come in, and they're either gonna see giddy happy liberal newscasters announcing Nancy Pelosi as Speaker and Chuck Schumer's the Senate majority leader and Maxims will be the chairman of this committee or that committee, and that the impeachment of Trump will go forward, taxes will go up, open borders will remain, and Obamacare stays. All this or they're going to shock the world and all these people are gonna do what they did in and be in the shock of their life. Well, that's right. Let's look. I mean, I think what I would say to everybody who's listening to us, everybody who cares with the country's future, make sure you vote. Make sure your friends vote. Make sure everybody you know who favors a solid, productive, work oriented, results oriented system, make sure they go out and vote. If that happens, I'm not quite ready yet to predict, but I'm wanting to tell you that because of the intensity of anger about the way the Liberals smeared Kavanaugh, the characterization, the dishonesty, I believe we have seen, and I've been looking at data for three days, I believe that we have seen a substantial shift towards the Republicans. I think that the we're almost certainly now going to keep the Senate and probably going to increase our the total number of senators by a significant margins camp in North Dakota, who's down eleven is a no on Kavanaugh to me, put a fork in that race. That's over. Yeah. Well again, I think Cranmer, who was a great, great guy and I've known for twenty four years, he's got to get out there and keep campaigning. But I mean, one of the one of the lessons is, you know, I had very close races, include a couple of recounts, and I had very big races. My experience is, and I said this to every candidate, do not quit till the polls closed, and do not relax until the recount is over. Uh, this is a business where big things can happen very fast. The American people are in charge, not Bloomberg's hundred million dollars, not sources millions, not any of those left wingers. In the end, the genius of America is that the American people are in charge. And I believe that they're gonna send a big signal to the left winners that they really don't like. They don't want to live in a country where you smear, lie, assassinate character and believe that you can get away with it. I even think it's where I think they like to bludge in people with absolutely zero consideration of the impact that has on them, families with a with a total disregard for any truth or corroboration. Now, I will say this, if we allow this to get rewarded and they get power as a result of this, or look when we're not gonna know till Saturday, if in fact Judge Kavanaugh is confirmed, and you know, I hope Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski are satisfied. I know Susan Collins says she was satisfied with the FBI report, and Jeff Flake said the same thing. I don't know where Lisa Murkowski is. She has not spoken publicly as of now. But I hope we don't reward this behavior because if we do, to me, it becomes a tipping point in the country where you're just gonna get more of this, and anybody that the Democrats don't like is is going to be subject to guilt by accusation and this type of smearing and slandering that goes on. I'd also like to see a change in the standard in the law if you're a public figure, well, you have to show them this the absence of malice. How do you prove an absence of malice? It's a ridiculous standard that nobody could ever reach, which is why people are you and me. Whatever people say about us, we get stuck taking it. Sure. Look, look, let me just say I think that overwhelmingly the American people do not want to reward that kind of behavior. And I think you've seen it now in the kind of surveys we're seeing now are amazing. People have moved very significantly in the last week. And it's in reaction to how despicable and how vicious and how personal the Democrats have in and they brought this on themselves, and I think that they're now going to reap the whirlwind. All right, Mr Speaker, thanks for being Willis. Thirty three days to election day. Appreciate your time. Eight nine for one sean are toll free telephone number. Dr Sebastian Gorka, Monika Crowley coming up next later on. We'll get a lot of your calls in in the final half hour of the program eight nine for one, Shawn, if you want to join us Hannity tonight, we got a big show nine Eastern News. You won't get anywhere else forty eight hours away, and the Senate will decide the fate of Judge Kavanaugh, and maybe you want to contact them, your senators straight ahead. I can say is that the most notable part of this report is what's not in it. As we noted by the White House, the FBI did not interview Bret Kavanaugh, nor did the FBI interview Dr Blazie Ford. What we've heard from numerous people over the last few days seeking to provide information to the f B. I we have seen even more press reports of witnesses who wanted to speak with the FBI, but we're not interviewed. We had many fears that this was a very limited process that would constrain the FBI from getting all the facts. Having received the thorough briefing on the documents, those fears have been realized. Second, I disagree, having received this a briefing on all of the documents, I disagree with Senator grassly statement that there was no hint of misconduct. And third, we are reiterating our call, given how limited this these documents were and how limited the scope of this investigation was, we are reiterating our call that the documents with proper redaction be made public. Why shouldn't all of America see the facts. There's never been a nominee that has answered more questions, that has spent more time before the Senate Judiciary Committee, that has been more cooperative to the Senate Judiciary Committee. And by the way, including the last five Supreme Court nominees combined in terms of documents handed over to the differing committees, seven separate FBI investigations. Remember last week, well, we'll just have limited in scope and we'll do it in a week and we'll trust the FBI. And now they didn't get back what they wanted. The problem that their problem is much bigger. They're never gonna get to the answer that they're so hoping for in the three cases that they have been using to smear, slander and bludgeon Judge Kavanaugh and his family. You know, with Professor Ford, she has mentioned for people, none of them remember the party, and the eyewitness she placed in the room at the time of the alleged attack said it did not ever happen. Ever, in the case of Ms. Ramirez, the New York Times even said they called dozens and dozens of people and they weren't able to get one corroborating witness, not one, And the New York Times hates Donald Trump would have loved to come out with the smoking gun article that destroyed Judge Kavanaugh. And they even pointed out something that should concern everybody that Ms Ramirez was calling her former Yale classmates saying, well, I don't remember, I'm not sure. Do you think it might be Judge Kavanaugh that, And of course then gaps in her memory and being inebriated early. And I don't even want to get into the whole issue of Julie sweat Nick and you know she goes on nbc knews. Why this ever got reported is beyond any understanding that I have, changing her story, backtracking from a story in a multitude of ways, mentioning that there are four eye witnesses in her case, well, one's dead and the number two person has no idea who she is, no idea at all. And the allegation that on almost on a weekend basis that young boys were drugging young women and lining up in halls and then raping gang raping these young women, and then that evolved into well, um, well, Brett, havn't I saw him near the punch bowl, so he probably was one of them, and he gave out red solo cups. I saw him give out red solo cups. Well it wasn't lined up in the hall, but he was in the hall. I saw him in a hall, and nobody else can corroborate it. They were never getting the answer that they wanted because they've all known it's a smear, So now they're just smear. The FBI invest the gators in this case that did what they were supposed to do. There never was going to be a recommendation or a conclusion made by the FBI. We learned that from Joe biden In. But that wasn't the purpose of any of this. Their hope, their dream, their prayer was that the FBI would find the smoking gun that didn't exist based on the accusers own words and eat specific case. Anyway, joining us now, glad you're with us, by the way, one Sean Dr. Sebastian gorka former advisor to President Trump, author of the soon to be released book Why We Fight. Monica Crowley is a contributing editor to Spectator US, a senior fellow at the London Center for Policy Research and welcome both of you back to the program. Monica, we begin with you. I'm listening. The Democrats didn't get what they want, but it never was coming, was it? Because it never would be enough for them? Sean, there is one reality that none of us should lose sight of, and that is that the left is at war. They're at war for the future of the country. They're at war against the Constitution, there at war against free market economics. They're at war against individual liberty. In other words, they're at war with everything that Judge Kavanaugh stands for and will fight for on the Supreme Court. Therefore, not only must he be blocked, he must be destroyed because if he's allowed to assent to the highest court, well, that means that the left is no longer going to be able to use the highest court in the land to slam through their agenda, because lord knows, they can't necessarily get it to the ballot box. So for decades they've been run lying on the judiciary in order to affect their left wing agenda. And they know with Kavanaugh on the bench, it's essentially over for them and they're going to have to change tactics. That's why they have changed tactics. This is the only playbook that in all my years of now thirty is in radio now having begun my you know, well, in two days I'll begin my twenty third straight year at Fox since the day they launched the channel, and I'm one of the remaining original foxter's. I mean, I gotta tell you things have not changed. And that's the point, Dr Gorka, is that they don't change their tactics. They don't seem to have any concern at all for the fact that there's no corroborating evidence in any of the cases that they have brought up. Now they're sending out or at least deborcats as friends, are sending out these phishing emails say if you know something, please we need your help. Hurry up, please write us now, tell us you're absolutely right, Sean. I wrote a piece to day in the hill um which is a kind of summary of my my book Why We Fight. If you're surprised at what Kavanaugh has been put through, this trial, bio deal, this this calumny, you shouldn't be then you have no historic perspective. The Democrats have been doing this for a century. Now, go back to ninety eight and the case of Whittaker Chambers. His was the first ever televised, live televised testimony before Congress. And what happened there. This is a man who was a former Communist, who knew where the Communists were inside the US government, including al Jah. His been loved by the Democrat Party's Senior State Department, a former officials, and he told the Congress, this guy is a Soviet agent. I was the person carrying secret messages from Moscow to al Jah. Al Jahi denied it, but because he was a darling of the left, they took Whittaker Chambers and they accused him of everything you can imagine. They accused him of not only being unfaithful to his wife, they accused him in the death of his brother. None of the accusations were true. And long after Whittaker Chambers died, when the no UH communications with the classified, we had the proof that al Jahi was a Soviet spy. So Sean they've been doing this since at least the Second World War, and and Monica is absolutely right. They're doing this because they are at war with the will of the American people. We told we chose Donald Trump. Donald Trump chose Judge Cavanaugh, and that is why Judge Cavanaugh must be destroyed. So what are these three Republican senators do? Uh Collins and Murkowski and of course Jeff Flake, and then what is Joe Manchin and Tide high Camp who's down by eleven in North Dakota do Monica? Well, I think based on some of the comments we've heard today, Sean, from Senator Collins in particular, it looks like they're pretty satisfied with the FBI investigation um, and it looks like they could be yes, his flake, who knows she's a Flake, so who knows what he is going to do? But I suspect we might pick up some red state Democrats like Joe Manson Heidi hide Camp who is now down ten points in her race and in North Dakota, and if they really want to stand for the Constitution and what's right and human decency, they will vote to Well, I'll be honest if they if they vote for Kavanaugh's probably going to be an election year conversion, and only after they see that the Republicans have the votes to confirm him. You know, Sean, if I could just jump in said just delineated this this brilliant summary of the outer his case. Do you know what Republican congressmen exposed hits as a Soviet spy? It was Richard Nixon. I wrote at piece today in Spectator USA because I went back and looked at my notes of my conversations with Nixon during the Clarence Thomas hearings, and my calum is all about nixing the way. For those that don't know, I mean, how many years did you work with and for former President Nixon? Four years from until was death and ninety four Sean, and I was there in one during the Clarence Thomas hearings with Nixon. And my column today Institute or USA right about how Republicans today should have foreseen this assault on Kavanaugh, because Nixon certainly did twenty seven years ago. You know, they they there there assault on anything that anybody that's could indecent, but certainly anybody who believes in the principles that we believe in that made this country great. If they stand in the way of the left, the left will destroy them and take them out. Clarence Thomas, Fred Kavanaugh. It doesn't matter for them. It's not personal. It's all about power, even if you destroy a man his reputation that he built up after four decades, his family, his wife, his children, doesn't matter. Um, you know that's sad. All right, quick break, We'll come back more with Dr Gorka and Monica Crowley on the other side. But as we continue with Dr Sebastian Gorka and Monica Crowley, if this is now a party of slanders, smear bludgeoning, character assassination, and they really don't have a vision for the country in thirty three days except that they hate Trump. They want to investigate Trump Dr Gorka, and they they want to keep Obamacare, and they want to raise taxes. They didn't like the tax cut. They want their crumbs back, and they want to eliminate Ice, and they want to open borders. Why do I read in these polls that there's either going to be a blue wave where things are now finally tightening and Republicans have a chance to maintain power, which I would hope would be the best case scenario. Oh, they have a vision shot of all the Democrats that are running for office this November, forty of them four zero are running as a vowed socialists. It's incredible after a hundred million people killed, more enslaved, more tortured. They want to literally turn America into Venezuela. That's how you get people like Cortez whinning primaries in New York. So Barack Obama just just endorsed Cortes. Yes, yes, he endorsed them in his list, and forty of those people will call themselves socialists. But but there's a very simple message to all your listeners, to all Americans out there. Look at Brett Kavanaugh's record for every year he's been alive. Were the fifty years spotless? Clean record? In fact, he's not just his record was clean until seventeen days ago, spotless till seventeen days ago. And if the conclusions are very simple one. If they can't do this to this man, they can do it to anybody, including to the listeners of your show. If you get in the way of the Democrat Party, they will try to destroy you and your family and your reputation is nobody. We all three of us, all of us have been through these phony smears and attacks. I've been through it. Dr Gorga, You've been through it. Monica, You've been through and I remember calling Monica so I don't even remember what they were attacking you about, to be honest, and I remember saying, uh, well, welcome to the club. It's par for the course. Hang in there. And when you're in the middle of it, it's not that much fun. And a lot of people are making phone calls to you. No, And that's exactly right, Sean. And look, if you're a conservative, you're a target. But if you're a pro Trump conservative, now you've got about a hundred targets on you. Anybody who stands up for this president, what he's doing, his agenda, anybody who is associated with him, nominated by him, as supportive of him, you are a target. And the President himself is a great prole model because he's the strongest political leader I have ever seen. And uh and Judge Kavanaugh, God bless him because he's worthstanding more than any human being could stand. By the way Heidi hi Camp looks like she's a no. And if she's a no, she's down eleven now she'll go down twenty by the time this is over all, right, Thank you both of a being with us, Monica Crowley and Dr Gorka, We always appreciate your time. Thanks for sharing eight one Sean is our toll free telephone number. We'll have more news, round up information overload hour. We're gonna spend a lot of time in the next hour taking a lot of your calls. I know many of you have been wanting to voice your opinion on this eight hundred nine for one Seawn, if you want to be a part of the program. I discovered that it didn't make any difference. What have you smoked reefer in the white classmates sparkling new van or in the dorm room with some brother you've met down at the gym. I inhaled and tried drugs enthusiastically. All right, there you have a wire ward Democrats so upset about Obama us wasted. Of course I had held I was a member of the chumb gang, as he said, did an enthusiastically a little blow, little swede. I always spoke that drank way too much alcohol. Oh but if Judge Kavanaugh does it, it doesn't you know, then it matters not what with Barack Obama? And this is the problem. The Democrats have the double standard. Simultaneously as all of this has been going on the last seventeen days. And by the way, welcome to the news round up, information overload, our Sean Hannity Show is all this has been going on. Keith Ellison has been out there, the number two guy at the d n C, and is being accused by his former girlfriend of repeated physical and emotional abuse by him. And there are text messages as evidence, there's doctors reports as evidence, and a tape that is evidence. And of course Democrats don't utter a word about their number two, not one word, and so many of the very same people they're acting and feigning moral outrage and indignation as it relates to Judge Kavanaugh, when there's not a single corroborating witness in any of these allegations. Just the opposite. They're feigning all their outrage, but they're not asking or demanding for an FBI investigation in the Keith Ellison or an FBI investigation into the rape allegations of Bill Clinton, or the groping and grabbing and touching and fondling and kissing of a woman against his will against her will in the Oval office, or him exposing himself to Paula Jones the way he didn't. No, no call for FBI investigations to their beloved Clinton. And when Diane Feinstein went out and was, you know, interviewing Judge Kavanaugh, not telling him a word about what it is she knew as she was trying to help Professor ford Higher, a radical left wing attorney who attacked Paula Jones. Well, it's only ten or twelve minutes. Ten or twelve minutes he dropped his pants and said, kiss it. Really, that's not a problem for Deborah cats Her defending Al Franken. Anyway, We're seeing the political fallout of all of this now is Kavanaugh is now the President's approval rating is an all time high at fifty today, and the President laying out the facts in this particular case, we went on election in thirty three days, and every poll is now showing that the Senate races and the enthusiasm gap is tightened dramatically and significantly. Which is the right thing. Why, Because I think the American people are learning a lot that this is the Democratic Party playbook. Is a party that doesn't believe in due process or presumption of innocence. There's a party that regularly smears slanders, uses character assassination, character bludgeoning, all in the process to gain their own power. There's not one agenda item that you can cite any Democrat that they're running on in thirty three days that's gonna make the country a better place. They don't seem to care at all at what they have done with Judge Kavanaugh. Or when you look at the evidence and you look at the facts, as the FBI did, now they're attacking the FBI, what do you find out is that there's zero corroboration to the claims of all three women. And I'm not even including the cases of outright lying that were dismissed early on about Judge Kavanaugh. They just dismiss it all together. But none of this would ever make it into any court of law, and there might actually end up being significant legal consequences to Julie sweat Nick and some other people based on what Alan dersh what's another saying, should happen because of the things that they said, the backtracking that took place, and perhaps even lying under the threat of a felony. Anyway, News round Up Information Overload our Jonathan Gillham, author of Sheep No More. Danielle McLaughlan is with us UM. I don't know if this is going to impact the election in thirty three days. But I think it certainly has energized every every part of the Republican coalition that recognizes this for the grave injustice that has benned in the smear campaign that has been Jonathan Well, I agree, you know. I think this has definitely caused, um, some good reactions in conservatives across this nation. Um also uh freethinking people who used to subscribe to the Democrats, the Democrats way of thinking, are now saying this is this isn't really politics, this is um kind of criminal behavior. The way a lot of this stuff is playing out in Washington, d C. Right now, whether it be the toxing that we've seen, um, whether it be uh just the sheer way that the FBI has been used. And I think what's happening is it's solidifying people that they don't want to play this game, and people are starting to get on the same bandwagon. I do think it's going to have a huge outcome in the election. I think that people are gonna say they're tired of this nonsense. It's on the left. Um, they may not agree with everything on the right, but I think it's going to cause a backlash are you going to defend your beloved Liberal Democratic Socialist Party, Danielle. That's why I'm here to do sean. Um, good afternoon, everybody. It's so good to be here. I honestly, I want to tell you that there's going to be a big backlash on the list as well. You know, Um, there are concerns about the nominee. There are concerns that this investigation wasn't done. Okay, but we've heard all We've heard all the allegations. We know that Professor Ford's so called eye witness has contradicted her testimony and her accuse zation. We know in the case of Ms. Ramirez, the New York Times wouldn't even publish it because they discovered nobody that corroborate her story number one, number two or own words, that she was inebriated quickly, had gaps in her memory, and the fact that we now know that you know so many different things that we didn't know before, and that Ms. Ramirez was actually out there soliciting information from her fellow Yale classmates. The New York Times reported that because she quote couldn't remember, and in the case of Julie sweat Nick, we saw her backtrack dramatically from her original story and her claim that Judge Kavanaugh was a serial drugger and rapist of teenage girls. So give me the evidence in corroboration to any of these women's story. That's what I want from you, Danielle, And don't duck and don't dodge, and don't hamm and hall that I'm asking a tough question. Give me any corroboration you have. I don't hit the corroboration because I'm not a FBI and I'm not the one who was investigating this, right and we talked about this last week. Wait a minute, but everybody's been talking. Wanted was a full and fear investigation, said Twiny, corroborating witnesses. The FBI did not interview, the FI did not excuse me. Every main person that was mentioned in the case of Professor Ford and the case of Mr Ramirez. The New York Times tried to corroborate it. They spent an entire week, interviewed dozens of people. And then she herself was calling around to other Yale classmates saying, I don't I don't remember, do you remember. I'm not sure if it was him that exposed himself, and then we all watched Julie Sweat Nick Altar shift and backtrack from her original allegation, which was gang raping and systematic drugging of women. So, could you have any corroboration for any of these incidents at all? I'm not doing the investigations that I don't expect that you would expect that I did. But in all your following of the press, you can't find any corroboration either, can you. As a matter of fact, we're getting just the opposite of corroboration. People are saying they don't recall those stories at all, that it or that it didn't happen that way at all. So the judges college roommate has been on there in the last twenty four hours talking about the judges drinking. Honestly, I think this is horrendous for both sides. Um the idea not answering my question. I'm asking you if the people make serious claims allegations on a serious, real topic, because there are real, evil, horrible predator predators in this world. And they mentioned that they're specific people if you interview them that they're going to tell you my story is true, and it turns out to be the opposite. Don't you believe in the presumption of innocence? Daniel McLaughlin, Yes or no. Of course I do su something. Of course I believe in the in the in the presumption of innocence. But I also believe that the FBI should have been allowed to do a full and fair investigation. And that is why you're going to see on the list a huge uproar. And I understand that this is energizing the GOP. I know this is a talking point. What listen, hang on a second. Once you interview, look at in the case of Professor Ford, the four people she identified were at the party, and none of the four have any recollection of the event, and the one eye witness says it didn't happen. What else are they supposed to do? Because we don't know where it happened, We don't know when it happened, we don't know the location. She doesn't know how she got there or got home from there. What else is the FBI to do? They had already given sworn statements under the penalty of felony, and all they did is reiterate those statements of the FBI. What else could they possibly do, Dan Yell in that case, haven't been on the opposite side of just don't know. What else can they possibly do? Knowing the facts as we know that we don't know where, we don't know when, we don't know Huh okay, okay, it's true things. The fact that she doesn't remember we're where and when exactly is not necessarily Now now you're you're trying to you're trying to change follow the bouncy ball, Follow the bouncy ball. If there's four people that were eye witnesses, but we don't know where, we don't know when, we don't know how she got there, we don't know how she got home. We don't even know the house. But you mentioned four people were there. The four people under penalty of felony all said it didn't happen the way she said. One I witness said it didn't happen. So my question is what else can the FBI do if they don't know the location. They can't be looking forensically for anything. Quick break. We'll come back more with Jonathan Gillham and Danielle McLaughlin here on the Sean Hannity Show. Right as we continue with Danielle McLaughlin and Jonathan Gillham here on the Sean Hannity Show. So they talked to the four people. The four people stand by their original statements. What else can the FBI do? Well, three of the people they don't remember. Judge has denied it. What else can the FBI do beyond interview these people who already are would be committing perjury if they change their story. What else is left for them to do? The pin of the Safeway employment records and figure out what time exactly that Mark Judge say, to try and triangulate should we be should we be looking into the rape allegations of Bill Clinton Roderick? If only, if only Dr Ford was given the I'm asking should we be getting? Should law enforcement in the FBI investigate the rape allegation of Bill Clinton? Need to brodrict allegations were already investigated by the Star by the excuse me, not by the FBI. Should we should the FBI now investigate them? If this is the new standard? Jonathan, No, because that's not our authority. That those are local crimes that happened. Now in the case where we needed Roderick though, however, um he that would have been a state matter because at the time Bill Clinton was the attorney general, you know. And so, but here's the thing that you keep saying, and Daniel, I love you, but here's what you keep missing. And so many people that are emotionally involved with this, if you take the emotion out of it, I know that's difficult because people are very passionate. But if you take the motion out of it and you look at the investigative facts, there are none and there's not gonna be any because it doesn't matter who you question. The very people that the the the alleged victim claims where the closest to the to the alleged crime, don't know anything. And so as you go out in a perimeter away from the people who the victim says was was there, and you interview other people that may have heard somebody say something or heard here say, it becomes hearsay. You know that from being in court that when you have uh, just statements with no corroborating evidence, the case quickly falls to the side. And I and the problem is that. And then also the fact that the FBI is being used outside of their authority for a political matter, and that scares me as a former FBI agent. That scares me because that is the that's the thing that total militarian um governments do. Look. Look, I agree, and I think that one thing that's important to go back to is what is the standard here is this is not a criminal investigation. Uh. This is an investigation into conduct that may or may not have bearing on whether somebody gets a lifetime appointment. Um. And I understand, and I agree that this has become extremely political and extremely emotional. And I think that's partly because Danielle, it's an important question. Do you have any corroborating witness or any corroborating evidence at all you can cite right now? That is an un question. That is an unfair Is that an unfair question, Jonathan? I don't think it's unfair, Jonathan, Well, I think when we say fair or unfair, I think what it is is a legitimate question. I'll tell you why I didn't, you know, because people are so again angry and people are saying I believe her or I believe him. But in this case, there's just no other witnesses, there's no other evidence. And so when you're asked if you feel this passionate about something and somebody says, what other information do you have? That's a legitimate question because there is none. And the FBI, who is secreted into this investigation, has come up with none either. And I can guarantee you if anybody would have and could have, it would be them. Right. And on the other side, there is no corroborating evidence as to where the judge was on any given day, whether he was there on people I think people are emotional for anyway. He actually has a copy of his summer calendar that year, but we don't have an exact day anyway. So, right, but what you're saying is, you know, he has to prove his innocence or is he innocent before proven haven't been proven guilty? What what do you believe in he is innocent before proven guilty? Again, this is okay, So he hasn't been proven guilty, Danielle has he He has not been proven guilty, And it's gone on a long time, not to a legal standard that would be required for absolutely not. But I don't believe that is a standard here and right, thank you both, We appreciate it. Eight nine one sewn toll free telephone number, Final hour free for all We're gonna get to your calls next. One Sean is our number. You want to be a part of the program, alright, now till the top of the hour. One Sean is our toll free telephone number. You want to be a part of the program. Alright. So this vote Friday, Saturday, Big votes, big opportunity. And we have Susan Collins and Senator Snowflake saying that they are satisfied at the comprehensive investigation of the FBI, Lisa Murkowski saying hasn't had time to read it. Democrats in an uproar, angry upset, lashing out at the FBI. What were they supposed to do except to interview the people that was supposed to corroborate the stories of this That's what they did. They got what they wanted and it's never ever gonna be enough. Alright, back to our phones, as we say, Hi, First, Brandon is in Colorado, Brandon High. How are you glad you called? And welcome to the Shawn Hannity Show. Hey, thanks, Sean. I grew up and spent most of my life in Arizona, where most of my family still is, and I'm actually a distant relative of Jeff Lake, and I do think he is a decent man, and I think he has a good heart. But I really feel like he's getting played here by the Democrats and the left. And I just really really hope that, uh he'll make the right decision tomorrow or Saturday. It sounds it sounds like after his comments today that that's more likely. But uh, it's just you know, I know there's a reason he's not running for reelection, and it's just hard to see, uh see good people leave to Washington and come back a few years later and and not be able to really recognize him. And I feel like that happened with McCain and I feel like that's kind of happening with Jeff as well. I think the most shocking statement that he made was on sixty Minutes when he when he actually admitted when and asked if he would be voting this way if he had to face the voters again, absolutely not um. And I'm like, oh, so you're you only stand on your principles when when you have to face the voters. But that's not how you really feel. It really sums up how I view a lot of politicians, you know. I I just look at a guy that can't doesn't know his own mind at times, and doesn't you know, he's the same guy that wanted to be on the Survivor show. And uh, you know, you look at him and uh, you'll find this funny, Sean, But we were actually related or I think it's our three or four generations back are great great something grandfather's. He was actually the founder of Snowflake Arizona, which I thought you would really love to know, you know, somebody told me that yesterday. I'm like, really, now there is a Snowflake Arizona. Senator Snowflake. Um, look, I hope he does the right thing. If any Republican senator now, especially Murkowski Collins flake after they got what they wanted, they got their delay, they got the FBI weighing in. Uh, Joe Biden said it would They're not gonna offer recommendations and they're not gonna offer opinions here, and all they're gonna do is give you straight data. And that's what was given. And everybody seems pleased by that. His comments, Susan Collins comments seemed to satisfy them. No corroboration of any of these claims as we've been claiming, and as we've been telling you, and so the allegations have been problematic from the start. You know, assuming assuming for a second here Judge Kavanaugh were to get confirmed. We we have got to have a deep analysis in this country over where we want to go forward in terms of going forward, because if we allow this to happen to good people, it's it is so it's so dark. Um. I was having a conversation with a friend of mine who is religious, and we're discussing, you know, look at the Ten Commandments, why he's one of the ten commandments that shall not bear false witness against that neighbor. Because it's devastating for the rest of Brett Kavanaugh's life. People know that this is what he's been accused of, and yet in spite of the fact there's been no corroboration, shifting stories and a media hysteria that that's why. To the extent that people can literally destroy other people within nuendo, false uncorroborated claims is shocking to me. They did it to Robert Borke, they did it to Clarence Thomas, They've been doing it to Brett Kavanaugh. They do it to Republicans, Conservatives every two and four years. Their racist, their sexist, they want grandma to die, all these things that come out as a matter of of course, because that's their playbook. I don't know, I um I somehow, at some point we may need to examine libel laws. At some point we may need to say, if you're gonna make these skirlless accusations against individuals, you better be able to prove it, because if you can't prove it, then you ought to be held financially liable. Because Ray Donovan once famously said, where do I go to get my good name back? After he was run through the ring or in the Reagan years. I don't know how you get your good name back? You know. I know Clarence Thomas. I've met Clarence Thomas. Clarence Thomas has the best laugh of any human being I've had. I've met my life. You read his book, My Grandfather's Son, and you are going to be stunned at the life lessons you can learn from that book and what he went through. It still comes up twenty five years later, and I would say, there's two things we need to change legally in the country. If we're gonna have tort reform of any kind. Loser pays, you want to sue, and you lose, you gotta pay for the trial. And the second is I think slander laws in the country need to be adjusted as well. You cannot just say anything about a public figure, and the bar is so high that you actually have to get into somebody's mind improve that they didn't have any malice whatsoever. It's an impossible standard to ever meet. And I'm not even saying, look I expected in my life, my career, it happens all the time. But um, I signed up for this. I dish it out four hours a day. But I don't think brit Kavanaugh signed up for this when he agreed to accept the president's prestigious nomination of the U. S. Supreme Court. Not this, not what his kids have gone through, now, what his family have gone through. Anyway, Brandon, thank you appreciated. Nine for one. Shawn told free telephone number. Michelle is in North Carolina. Next Michelle, Happy Thursday, glad you with us. Welcome to the Sean Hannity Show. Thank you, Sean. It's always such an under to talk to you. Um I wanted to say, I absolutely agree with you. I think something. One of the other reasons why it is so desperate that we all vote read on November six is because the Democrats have systematically array all of the checks and balances between the three branches of government. They are now using the judicial system as a weapon against our own citizens, and it's time for us to stand up into to make lawfulness be the law of the land. We have they've they've purposely gone against police officers, and it's all just systematic. Now they want for us to try cases in the court of public opinions, and that is not how the United States has run. The United States is a different country because of our laws, and because of our judicial system, and because of our law enforcement agencies. And if we do not uphold those we will fail to be a constitutional republic and will be no better than any other dictatorships and the horrible you know things that you see happening in other places in the world. Listen, this is what makes us unique. This is what makes so special. This has worked very well for us in in our two hundred and what fifty year plus history. This is what keeps America different. There are countries where you're guilty until proven innocent. Um. I things have gotten so overwhelmingly over the top, so extreme in each case where where Judge Kavanaugh has been accused and the accusers mentioned names of people and whatever evidence that they would have to corroborate their story, it has fallen apart each end. Every time we watched this man go through the agony of crying repeatedly on national TV. Now we hear some senators saying, well, he may not have the temperament. Look at how angry he was when he was defending himself. Well, I don't know what they think the appropriate responses if you're accused of drugging young teenage girls and systematically raping them on an almost weekly basis. I don't know what the appropriate responses, But I think if I was innocent and somebody said it about me, I'd be pretty piste off, and I'd want people to know. I want people to see the righteous indignation in in me that I did not do this, and the passion that that that is behind that those words that I am speaking, that's not me. That's not who I've ever been, that's not who I would ever be. I'm not that person. I never did that. How do you say that in a way, I mean, he's supposed to say it like now, I'm I'm medicine of these charges. Nobody's gonna believe that most human beings this. I felt that Judge Kavanaugh's denials it was raw. I bet you He's never been that angry and emotional in his life, but the circumstances warranted it based on the seriousness of the allegations against him. I don't know any other way that a human being would otherwise react. Absolutely, I call that righteous indignation exactly. Believe from I believe that the man has spent his entire life wanting to be a judge, and he did everything that he needed to do to get to that position. And he has also, like he has said on multiple occasions, the justice system, it's left to itself, is intended to protect the innocence, and instead, what you're seeing is he is absolutely being attacked by the very laws that he has spent his life upholding, which is you, the defendant does not have to prove their innocence. It is on the prosecution to prove someone's guilt. And they're completely flipping the tide, and we cannot let's assume for a second, Michelle, that he gets on the Supreme Court after going through this experience, and he's a judge, and now he more than anybody, I think it's going to have a heightened sensitivity to the idea of the presumption of innocence. Right. I wonder in many in a weird way, God works in mysterious ways, that he may not become one of our best justices ever based on this process and based on what has happened to him in his own life experience with this, absolutely, I completely agree. I mean, especially once you've been through the system and you can understand how it feels to be treated when you're innocent, um, you know, and up against it. And I mean he's in the highest level in the land. This is not somebody that they just pulled over on the side of a road, you know, and he's being mistreated by police officers. This is somebody who has spent his life in the highest levels of the judicial system with all of these, you know, with the highest security clearance that is available to somebody that's not the President of the United States, Michelle. He had the codes to our nuclear weapons eighteen days ago. He had an impeccable reputation as character was never put in question. Eighteen days ago. Boy is his life changed? Boy is his kid's life changed, His wife's life changed. It was hard watching his wife behind him. You know crying, Is he's crying. Is he's talking about his ten year old daughter, saying that, no, we ought to pray for Professor Ford. Um, I know, I wasn't that good at ten year old. That sounds like a pretty special kid to me. Absolutely, and we all need to be praying because this is I don't believe that this is just against Republicans and Democrats. There's a spiritual more going on here. And thirty three days, Michelle, I hope you're out there North Carolina matters eight hundred nine for one. Seawan is a number you want to be a part of the program. Mary is in Brooklyn, New York. The All New Am seven ten wore the Talk of New York, New Jersey and Long Island. What's going on? Uh? Mary? How are you? Oh? I'm good. Hi, Sean, how are you? I'm good? Thank you? So, you know, I have a lot of different questions. I actually live on Long Island. But one of the one of the things that I've taken note to is how the liberal media completely distorts the fact and puts it out and unless you to due diligence or pay attention to Fox News, UM, you totally miss what reality is. I mean, you have to go to the Senate Judiciary Committee review their timeline of investigation to show what they actually investigated before they even had this seventh FBI investigation. You have to, like because if you just pay attention to the liberal media, you would think they did they did nothing that that they just they didn't even get Bret Kavanaugh that and instead they've they've vetted him so many different times at this point and now once now that's coming out that they have nothing more fully completely, Um, the allegations are totally unsubstantiated. And yet now they're going into the fact that oh, we drank some school and like you said, oh, they said, oh he threw ice at somebody, We threw ice cubes at a bar in college. I'm like, oh, man, anyway, thanks for the call, appreciate it. Right. Hannity Tonight a nine eastern on the Fox News Channel, the latest in a battle to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.
