Knoxville is full of great bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. Many of them are spread across Knox County, but the Scruffy Stuff team would move a key few of them to downtown. Some of them fill a downtown niche, some just fit the downtown "vibe" and would benefit from operating in the heart of the Scruffy City. Here's our list.
