It's a bizarre scene — sometimes harmonious, other times cacophonous but never loud. At least, not by modern dance club standards. 

Silent Disco is not a new concept, but it seems to be picking up in popularity in communities across the country where people have the unshakable urge to dance. 

That's definitely true in Knoxville.
