The Chairman of one of Australia's peak road safety groups has slammed the laws behind e-rideables saying that Brisbane doesn't have the infrastructure for the sheer amount of riders on the footpath.

Harold Scruby from the Pedestrian Council of Australia has told Scott Emerson on 4BC Drive that the footpath has become dangerous with the increased use of e-scooters and e-bikes.
