Sheep producers are concerned Victoria's strict workforce restrictions at processing facilities could see more than a quarter of a million lambs not able to be processed this spring.
The 20 percent reduction in work force is only in place at Melbourne abattoirs, but if extended across the state would impact about 1 million lambs.
