The Victorian Farmers Federation says getting fodder into bushfire ravaged Victoria is the organisation's top priority. 

Entire wineries and orchards burned to the ground, and thousands of livestock are believed to have been lost in the blazes. 

The V-F-F says there are grave concerns for animal welfare and is making an urgent call for donations.
